And as I already explained, nobody expected Jospem to win in OTB. That's not his format of choice, nor was it the format that Kramnik's suspicions were heavy on, so like I said, your point you think you have about Kramnik's OTB victory is moot. Also, quit arguing points that I never debated. I debated your claim that Kramnik's OTB results were of relevance to the match: not whether the lag in Kramnik's laptop affected the match results, so stop it with the strawman arguments.

Kramnik's conduct is a disgrace. His constant accusations could be viewed as a modern abstract form of cheating as well. He tries to get into his opponents head everytime he has a bad game. Playing with brand new laptops was a big misstep, although I understand Kramnik's thinking, at some point he simply needs to find someone in IT from is side to be present and clear any questions he has. Modern Operating Systems are very complex, so they should have consulted with IT people to guarantee a stable playing field instead of prioritizing everything fresh.
I also understand Kramnik's frustration around time issues, as he's used to physical clocks, but he and everyone needs to understand that time syncing in a network is one of toughest challenges in IT. It's really hard to sync times because, time itself is an uncontrollable variable on the solution side of the equation.

2- The server should be hosted in the LAN ( local area network), no windows pcs, no updates ,no software other than the chess up
3- Exchange the seats after each game as previously mentioned

Kramnik's 2000 world championship prep is the reason everyone plays the Berlin at the highest level vs the Spanish after all. At his peak his prep was monumental.
