We have to wean the goat kids yet, but we won’t kick the billy loose till the end of November. Those does are mostly dried up anyway, but it’s time. My calves will stay on till mid November. Wait to get through some of this changeover weather and harden them down first. Same with buying in feeder calves. We’ll wait for a few weeks first, try to avoid some of the sickness.
