    Use 200ml paper cup
    -50 x 40 mm (bottom diameter x height) using muffin cups
    You can make about 12 carrot muffins.
    3 eggs (about 167g)
    1 carrot (210g)
    2 cups whole wheat (220g)
    1/2ts (2g) baking soda
    Baking powder 1ts (4g)
    11/2ts (3g) cinnamon powder
    1 tbsp salt (5 g)
    1/2 cup (75g) brown sugar
    1/3 cup (40g) white sugar
    2/3 cup (80 g) raisins
    2/3 cup (60 g) walnuts
    1/2 cup (95g) grapeseed oil
    Vanilla Essence 1ts
    1 unsweetened yogurt (150g)
    ♥Cream Cheese Frosting
    Take out the butter at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour before
    (Use when it is cold and soft)
    Use 803 pods
    200g cream cheese
    Anchor Unsalted Butter 65g
    100g sugar powder
    ♥ Carrot Chocolate Deco

    [how to make]
    1. Sift 220g whole wheat + 3g cinnamon powder + 2g baking soda + 4g baking powder.
    2. Add 5g of salt and mix well with the sifted powder.
    3. Grind 210g carrots in a grater.
    4. Crush 60g of walnuts.
    (You don't have to make it too small)
    5. Mix well 95g grapeseed oil + 75g brown sugar + 40g white sugar.
    (You can use brown sugar instead of brown sugar)
    6. Mix 3 eggs + 1ts vanilla essence + 150g unsweetened yogurt.
    7. Add the flour and mix until the raw flour is not visible.
    8. Add 210g carrots + 80g raisins + 60g walnuts and mix a little.
    (Do not mix too much)
    9. Preheat the oven at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
    9. Put the muffin cup in the muffin tin and pour 80% of the dough.
    10. Bake for 22 minutes in preheated state.
    (Reduce or increase the time depending on the oven specifications)
    11. After 22 minutes, dip it with a toothpick and if there is no smearing, it is done
    12. Cool on a cooling rack.
    13. Mix 200g cream cheese + 65g butter gently.
    (If you use white butter, it becomes white frosting)
    14. Add 100g sugar powder 2~3 times and mix.
    15. Place cream cheese frosting on the cooled carrot muffins.
    16. Make a carrot shape with a deco pen and sprinkle with crystal sugar.
