Ana HewettLOL; a gentleman, he is the most corrupt PM we ever had. He is the PM who broke most promises in Dutch history, the PM under whom the tax pressure on Dutch citiziens is on a all time high (the end is not in sight). Of course he gives tax breaks of billions of Euro´s to multinationals etc etc. Always pretends to be EU sceptic, but in practice always signs at the dotted line, Especially when it comes to giving billions of tax payers money to that corrupt institutions like the EU. He hates democracy since he never wants to explain his actions cause everything is classified/confidential when it matters. His nickname in The Netherlands is "Teflon Mark"; because no matter how big the corruption scandals he has been involved with, he always finds a way to survive. The list goes on and on; this man is everything but a gentleman. He is no different then the corrupted politicians elsewhere, the only difference is that he has got a good pr machine.
@ Ana HewettYour welcome; I just read again what I wrote: and I hope it didnt came across like I was biting your head off. If it came across like that my apologees, since that wasnt my intent. Unfortuanly the things about him are true. One of his latests delusional plan was to make it legal for companies in The Netherlands to pay disabled people less than minium wage, and the goverment then would pay the difference till it reached the Dutch minimum wage level. In practice that would mean that this group of people (who already struggle thanks to his cuts on basicly everything) that they would be underpayed compared to "healthy people".He didnt stopped their, he also wanted to take away their pension rights and other social benefits. According to him and his administraion; companies will hire disabled people sooner. Dutch cooperate life luckely also inmediatly stated that they felt really uncomfortable if this law came to pass. Although Im also not so naive that many only said this cause of the public outrage that would follow (which followed shortly after). Still; somebody lobbyed for this proposal; since lobbyist are the only peole he listens to. Besides the ethical issues, Its also is pure (labour) discirmination, which goes against our constitution. I just know that if this didnt let to a public outrage (and luckely it did), sooner or later his administration wanted to implement this for other groups (young people, senior citiziens, new comers, people who´ve been unemployed for a long time etc). It´s sad to say that this isnt his first proposal where he basicly proposed modern day slavery, cause thats what it is.He also wanted to cancel the "dividend tax" for Dutch multinationals (ofcourse Dutch small and midsize companies wouldnt get that this awsome deal). which only benefits foreign shareholders and foreign tax agencies. Which cost the Dutch taxpayers 1,4 biljon Euro´s a year. The weird thing was also that the Dutch "Ministry of Finance" and Ministry of Economics both advised not to do this, since it wouldnt benefit the Dutch people. He also claimed that their were no notes/memo´s, explaining how he came to this ridiculous plan. He kept insisting that their were no memo´s or rapports, and he also didnt wanted to tell parlement (and the people) who lobbyed for this, As usual (cause it isnt the first time he claimed their were no documents) with this criminal PM a few weeks later somebody leaked the documents to a journalist. Shortly followed with an tax increase on veggies and fruits (and other daily groceries), going up from 6 to 9% (while he recently already increased it to 6).The list goes on and on, its truely amazing how he keeps getting away with it. He is a charming fellow, who likes to laugh; its amazing how he politically (but also through the ballet box) survives.
Hero my ass, he is a traitor to the nation. The corrupt VVD in general should be labeld as a criminal organisation. Dont worrie Im not only picking on him and the VVD; CDA,PVDA, D66, GroenLinks, PVV, SGP and the Christen Unie arent any better,
Minute Repeater Meh, politics and corruption go hand in hand, sadly enough. This still shows that he's got good character. 99% of the people in positions such as his, do not even acknowledge those that have to clean up their mess.
Meanwhile in Bangladesh a housewife barks at employees in a supermarket to pick some vegetables for her. She can't pick up her own produce from the display, it's beneath her.

I think this is probably significant to us Americans because for the last 4 years we had a guy who didn't know how to close an umbrella, so he'd just drop it on the floor.
What a cool and down to earth person and leader! I wish our leaders were like him
Ah please. Even our queen goes to ceremonial openings on her bike. Sure, there's enough security somewhere behind her....but hey....they don't need heavy guarded bullet proof cars to get around. The dutch PM goes to work on his bike every day.
If he only cleaned up the mess he left the Netherlands in, but no he's going on making a mess of the world at NATO.
Well and now it would be nice if he would clean up the mess he left in the Netherlands
Much respect for him
You are clearly born without brains!!!
@@4133EWvianen Why?

And it wouldn't suprise me if you weren't born with brains either.
Showdown Most people aren’t very good at judging character since they get confused by charisma.
I'd vote for that guy! How many politicians would do that? Rare to see something like this. What a nice moment when the ladies showed him what to do and he just got on with it. 😊
Very down to earth. It is normal among many of western European leaders. Imagine Xi Jinping or Erdogan doing this
The world got used to "leaders" like donnie who would make others clean up their messes
He is so shockingly normal.
The good thing now, is that as a PM, he was very friendly with Trump back then. Now in a much more powerful position, Rutte might still get along well with Trump. He's at Mar-A-Lago as I type this, as head of the NATO. That would be a VERY good thing on both sides of the pond.
And I don’t believe he is still single, he could be a good husband tho!
If he was so good husband how he can't get a wife as it says he can't even cook he always order food through online delivery
@@IcanseeeverythingwhatyouDohere because he was very busy at work! He running a country not a toy shop!! Beside with his income as a single, take away much cheaper than self cooking darling!!
@@hobahoba look i have a busy life to you know I'm a gamer and as a gamer it is very disappointing at the same time that you can't cook. i always make free time to cook for my self. He has a very bad excuse he's a bad PM and should be replaced.
@@IcanseeeverythingwhatyouDohere Replaced because he can't cook... That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard
@@TheAardapple I can do his job plus gaming and cook so who’s dumb now?
If you listen carefully he also mentions the 3 euro's being wasted losing that coffee. That and the PM cleaning up his own mess makes this a rather exceptional clip to give a quick glimpse into two prime Dutch cultural aspects: 1) being greedy with them monies and 2) act normal whoever you are, just because you have a high level job doesn't give you the right to act more exceptional than anyone else.
Greed isnt the word. Greed would be making your own coffee at home. It's more Frugal I think.
Character ! This can happen only when it comes naturally to someone in how he has been raised !
Tx Mark keep up the good work 👍👏
Rutte is very much a common man, regardless of politics I think and see that most people agree on this.
He tries to leave,
"Er, ain't lunch break yet buddy, u still have rest of this floor to do"
D:
😂
I'm sure he would have laughed at that.
Here in Holland we pick up after ourselves 💫
i wonder when the rest of the coffee is gonna be cleaned up in the netherlands.
He has a great smile. Looks very likeable. Nice touch with a mop!
I'm Dutch. He will never get my vote, but he's a nice guy!
The standards are that low huh?
Wow, the bar for politicians seems to be VERY low around the world 😂
Our Arab, dictators dream of someone clean up their Farts. ( Goed gedaan Rutte ), my second vote will be for Rutte.
Just curious, do you still have the same opinion?
God Bless You Rutte PM. What a humble and nice PM you are.
im amazed that he still remembered that he spilled the coffee. He often had memory problems in the past when he was the dutch PM
Ultimately, it's about respecting others and staying yourself. There are "world leaders" who have great difficulty with that. Feet on the ground, trying to do what's right. Top Mark Rutte!
Good Work by Mr. Mark Rutte. Real Gentlemanism, true human being. Leader should be like that. Kudos Mr.Mark.
Say what you want about him, but this is a lesson in leadership.
He also biked from/to his home (which was a normal/standard home) every day, ate an apple on it and was still teaching children (few hours a week)
Imagine living a life where you are applauded for cleaning up your own mess. Where did I go wrong?
He'll be the best PM ever who will win heart's of the people.😀👍
What a great humble person
Its so special when you make a mess and afterwards clean it. Amazing !
This is impossible in India..even the lowest ranked elected representative or officer wont do it. No wonder Netherland is a developed nation.
An ordinary local Government chairman in Nigeria might be too big to do this instead he would leave it for the cleaners but here a prime minister is cleaning is own accidental spill. This is why I love white people's way of thinking and simplicity.
Less reverse Brexit. Is it too late ?
What a gentleman!😀👏👏
Minute Repeater
Thanks for the info.
Biggest crook in Dutch history. Steal from the poor and give to the rich!!!!
Showdown thanks for the info.
Daar heb ik geen actieve herinnering aan
Very kind and nice man… he just wasn’t really fit to run our country
This used to be my boss. What a god damn hero! :D

When you have good education, values and good manners.
That's what every leader should be😍
This the way that it must be.
That is responsibility 🎉
Meanwhile in Bangladesh a housewife barks at employees in a supermarket to pick some vegetables for her. She can't pick up her own produce from the display, it's beneath her.
