    Been doing Cossack squats for years, but there are some great variations here. Your inventiveness is boundless as always Tim!

    I use these as a warm up for heavy squats or to finish off my legs after a higher volume leg day. These, pistol squats, nordic and reverse nordic curls alongside back and front squats really helped develop my legs.

    Damn. This cossack squat rock crawl is intense. It's like the "World's Greatest Stretch", but for Original Resets.
    I wonder what's missing in this exercise though?

      You talk about mobility and hip mobility about this exercise. Is it good also for both internal and external rotation of the hips?
