Totally agree. I can't remember a single time that I haven't used rational in the abyss.since floors 9 to 11 are mostly AOE with annoying mobs, I slap Kazuha. For floor 12 I use That Musket girl. I just forgot her name.
rational is broken for casuals because 53% dmg res with 23k hp raiden means about 48k hp with no stagger. Not a team that has high dps but it's main value comes from xinqiu being so comfy.
IMO, while I don't think Raiden is the absolute best out of the Electro element for any of support, dendro driving, sub dps, or main dps, but the fact that she can do all 4 of those very well is enough to warrant her as the best Electro unit, since not even most regular units can do all 3 of support, sub dps, or main dps well regardless of element.
Why do you need dps (clorinde) sub dps (fish, yae, sara) and application (kuki) in one, when by playing enough you can get everyone dith better specializations, even better for imaginarium! (Dont read it as raiden is bad, just outclassed in natlan era)
Dendro driving?? Raiden is not good in dendro teams outside of being a sidegrade hyperbloom trigger... She's not very good as a support either, the way i see it, she's an onfield carry but with supportive capabilities and quality of life. She's nowhere near a fully fledged support. As for sub dps... i'm going to assume you're talking about a secondary damage dealer... in which case, she's not that either. She doesn't do dmg in tandem with your carry from off-field. She *requires* you to play her onfield. So at the end of the day, she's just a Main DPS but with supportive elements built-in her kit. Which is pretty good, but not the 4 role consolidating unit you said she is

Idk, I've been playing since day1, and I've never felt the urge to replace Raiden with anyone. She let's you play in a manner, where you just burst with everyone, and then unleash the Mighty Shogun's wrath on ur enemies
Thing is we're almost into national powercreep and without those XXB trio, we dont even need raiden kit just have some decent er substats and you'll get burst back in no time
@@the_knave01 Raiden gives you an opportunity to focus on offensive stats, and don't care about ER so much. Plus, there are waaaaay more teams than national, and she let's you forget about ever worrying about ER needs. She's not only a rise in DPS but most importantly one of the biggest qualities of life improvements in the game

You play her if you want to turn your brain off with her infinite poise and energy generation, but nothing else outside of that. Her C2 turn her into a good hypercarry, but the problem is, unless you REALLY like her, going for C2 raiden for meta purposes is not worth it anymore with the expanded roster. If you want the most bang for your buck from a C2, furina and nahida exists as well

The best Electro character or the best DPS electro character?! Raiden is versatile compared to Clorinde Raiden: is battery, main, sub, hyperbloom, hyper (one shot). Clorinde: is only good as DPS (with self-healing) she may outnumber other electro DPS but that's it. I love both! So, I'm trying to be as Unbiased as possible!😶
Okay so the thing I see is that Fischl is an issue. She's just way too good and will make every single Aggravate team that doesn't include her incredibly inferior due to how incredibly absurd her kit is. Now let's tackle the rest: - *Lisa* : I believe that she's a very competent Support with the potential of an Aggravate driver, and she has better chances to use her Hold Skill more in order to reduce her own ER problems. I also see no need for her to carry TTDS on any team mentioned since Aggravate doesn't care that much for ATK and the duration is way too short for Eula to really take advantage of it unless to wanna swap early. - *Razor* : I honestly think Thundering Furry is just ONE of the teams Razor has available. You can also try him in Aggravate/Quickbloom comps and see competent results, and thanks to Xianyun you can get some fun out of Physical bonks. Yes they aren't the best options but also not the worst. - *Beidou* : She's somewhat underrated. Yes she might be mediocre against bosses, but still gets the job done of protecting the DPS of the team. You can also opt to use her in Double Electro Hyperbloom teams or Chevy Overload/OverVape. - *Keqing* : I don't know if we are playing the same Keqing but... she doesn't apply Electro THAT often. Her NA and CA SHARE ICD, and her Burst also has shared ICD so I believe it looks like a lot due to her fast animations, but in reality yeah it's once again Fischl carrying the hell out of the team. - *Sara* : I'm not sure about this one, Boss. Trying to use her as a "main" DPS is fun, I've tried that since I have her C2, but it's still clunky? And I don't believe using her with Clorinde makes her any better simply because Fischl still exists to the point of no longer being funny. I can see her in Aggravate, I can see her in Overload, I can see her even in non-Electro characters like Arlecchino, yet she's easily overshadowed. It's a shame her buff doesn't last longer and her almost need to be C2+. - *Raiden* : Okay listen, listen... Hot take, people are simply coping and seething that Hyperbloom does the same as spending 1000 bucks on her C2/C3. Her "carry" teams are simply not it without both high build investment and wasting money on her constellations. People tend to forget how expensive she is as a DPS. Also, Grassional > National, replace Guoba with the Raddish, it's simply that easy. - *Yae Miko* : Listen again, listen, listen. I have a built Yae, she is my excuse for not building Fischl for years... I don't use her that often. She exists every now and then but because I don't use Aggravate that often, she doesn't see that much action. She's fine in most things Dendro-related, Aggravate, Quickbloom, Spread sub-DPS, and even Salsa now with Emilie (I don't have her but if I did them oof Battle of the Mid). - *Kuki Shinobu* : Now hear me out, just for a moment... Raiden is slowly becoming better than Kuki for Hyperbloom. I'm just saying, Baizhu is objectively better than her with Furina when it comes to Fanfare generation, and for pure Hyperbloom she is sometimes too slow and I tend to run her alongside Thoma which is a combo many people sleep on. She is still good, I'm just saying though, Raiden is faster, with bigger AoE, can on-field her to battery, and is less risky. - *Dori* : I think her usage with Furina is a bit overstated cuz... exactly which team are using her as a driver and why is Noelle somehow still better? Idk if it's some sort of Quickbloom then you'd be losing a lot of DMG from those Hyperblooms by not having her Full EM, if it's Taser you even have Barbara and what's funny is that you can build her for DMG and still generate enough Fanfare. Dori is just... Dori. - *Cyno* : The title of Electro Xiao couldn't be any more fitting for this fella. Long field duration, a big need for Premium supports only for his DMG to still be mediocre, very specific way to build him and use him, easy to interrupt. I thinks this is why I don't play Aggravate. - *Sethos* : Very creative kit, very poor results. Somehow still better than Cyno. Idk this fella's existence is just too extra and is yet another one over-reliant on Fischl in order to use him. - *Clorinde* : I think Doña Clotilde and Raiden fall under the impression of Best Electro units due to process of elimination. I won't say that Clorinde is bad, on the contrary she's extremely good as long as you have a little something called Dendro cuz yeah no I think teams outside Quicken are a little copium. I believe she's also somewhat reliant on Fischl, however she's fast and strong enough to use other Electro options if you've grown tired of the schizophrenic chunnibyo. As such, and because of process of elimination, the tier list would go: S - Fischl A - Clorinde, Raiden, Kuki, Yae B - Beidou, Lisa, Razor, Keqing C - Cyno, Sethos, Sara D - Dori
There used to be this status effect called "slowing water" which basically prolongs unit E skill by 150%. One of raidens pros at the time is that even if debuffed her duration matches hr cd. Ensuring 100% E uptime.
Before watching the video the answer is fishl Update after watching the video i still think fishl is the strongest character. Dps wise clorinde is the bests electro character but if ur asking what the BEST electro character is it has to be fishl. I think u sumerised her kit really well she is a great sub dps and a very flexible unit that helps u battery ur team (before going further i’m assuming u have c6 fishl). In hyper carry teams like alhaitham spread, clorinde, keqing she does a major part of the teams damage and helps the dps with their er needs if needed. Although u can use hypercarry teams if u invest in ur dps more but if u use a 4 star weapon and no cons on clorinde for example her damage is not that impressive that it outshines her teams with fishl. Fishl imo is also a character that is not on par with bennet and xq but she certainly has a case to be better or on par with xl. This is because her flexibility, u can use her in so many other teams as a flex slot for example i use her in my neuvilette teams as flex (u can use whatever character with him but why use a whatever character and not use a great character) if ur kazuha is on another team. U can also use her for overvape with hutao or arlechino if ur yelan and furina are on the other side of the abyss and only have xq. For overload teams she is also a great unit that deals massive amounts of sub dps in chevreuse teams. This is just my opinion tho ❤
although i don't sometimes wanna factor in 5 star weapons, i heard she can be somewhat competitive with yae on spread teams due to elegy of the end buffing the carry's personal damage.

I have Raiden C2, Clorinde C2 and Yae C2. I can tell that Raiden has nothing to envy to Clorinde in terms of personal damage and Yae can match clorinde too. Raiden is a main dps, a sub dps and a great supprt. Clorinde is a main dps while Yae is a great sub dps who surpass Fischl (with her constellations)
@viviniciuslol actually Fischl and Yae c0 are even. Once Yae reaches her c2, she crushes Fischl. Yae Co is also better when there are multiple targets.

No Fishl banner since I’ve been playing. Doubt most people playing less than a year have more than a C0 if they even have her. Same with Sara and KuKi.
i'm trying to cope with keqing as my only electro character, I have alhaitham and it just really isn't working. I desperately need fischl or kuki (preferably kuki for hyper bloom)
I love Kuki, but it's hard for me to justify putting her higher than "above average" since she is generally locked behind hyperbloom when playing optimally (i do not play optimally). A one reaction character is niche.
I don't have any good electro characters. I skipped clorinde for furina but I have her sig i can't wait to get her on her rerun (wish me luck ㅠㅠ). also I've always wanted raiden and I'm guaranteed she'll finally come home ㅠㅠ
For Ei it's better than the others because she can work regardless of your roster which is extremely important even nowadays I still find myself using her because she does so much damage. While also providing utility. Ei and Clorinde about even for me in terms of best electro DPS and best electrical character because at max power the relatively close to each other at the end of the day the fact that we can still clear just about any character as long as we build them it doesn't matter who you use and it's actually why I don't like meta
Ikr ? Where's the fun in one shottin bosses ! For me I've always loved raiden and will continue to do so because she can fit in every role she had one of the best stories and character development in the game and honestly she is an archon ! She'll always be the best electro , have her c2 she will clap enough for anyone who's not into " nauvilette one shottin boss " meta crapp
@@dawn3715 Ei's utility is what makes her edge out over Clorinde for me and she's my favorite character so there's that so many character combinations for teams I guarantee you not all the combinations have been found.
Don't get me wrong but i think Clorinde may look best right now, but she's the most replaceable character and future electro characters gonna be mostly better than her whereas Ei and Fischl, they can also be replaced but what they does is quite unique and always gonna be viable options in the future... Such is the fate of 'only DPS' characters...
Best one overall is definitely Raiden Shogun cuz She is very flexible and my favourite, which i plan to get c2, atkeast try to cuz I got mona tryna get Kazuha and now I have 10 pity with like 10 extra pulls T-T
personally i would say fischl wins because she can be slotted in more team variations than clorinde by virtue of being an off fielder. that being said i do understand and agree your points for clorinde. she's really strong overall and a flexible DPS. good video as always!
My C6 Yae Miko is best Electro. Using her on every abyss since 2.5 and she never failed me. And since 3.0 with Dendro Travaler and later 3.2 with Nahida it just go way to easy for my Yae.
For playing clorinde optionally you need pretty low ping, and ever since I moved from home I had on average 250 and it instead of having to fire 3 shots and then dash for the most damage, I have to do 4 shots since bond of life kinda takes time so there is that
I didn't pull Chlorinde on my main account but I have an alt account that I pull characters I didn't pull on my main. I love her. I wish I would have pulled her on my main.
Tbh I also pulled clorinde for her design( she very cool) and that button 🫥. But ngl she is quite underrated I would say, she helped me many abyss till date.

You’re right. If you like him and like hyperbloom, he’s the best hyperbloom driver in the game. I spoiled my Cyno with his dream team and it is insane how fast he can melt HP bars.
I already have Beidou and enjoy her. Will be buying Fischl on the shop coz I still dont have her. I love Raidens' design but i have to save my pulls wisely since im f2p.
I have to agree to everything you said but Cyno is no longer that bad, the Spiral abyss has at least 2 conscutive ST chambers and Baizhu's burst and Furina's skill can somewhat maintain a quickem aura if the next wave is not too AOE heavy so he's no longer awfull to play as he used to be, his dmg is also quite on par with Alhaitham's even better against boss's (I have both of them and most of the electro roster)
Sethos is really good in quick bloom bcs of a lot of em he is really good for driving even with his charge attacks also his arrows can hit good numbers there
So I ended up with c6 Lisa by accident but definitely agree that the more characters I get I feel less compelled to play Raiden (even have her triple crowned too)
Their sole issue is their unjustifiable energy issues. Seems like they were given this setback in fear of affecting Raiden sales or something. Because we're it not for this, many people would actually run Electro Traveller for battery purposes.
Seeing constantly that Ei hits 400-500k in every abyss and in every team where I put her,obviously she is best for me(currently c4) But without cons there is another story.Still as visually design she is top 3 with Furina and Arlecchino 😅

I like clorinde but i dislike her playstyle a lot. Everytime i try to "warp" out of an attack during her skill i end up being smacked around and lose a lot of DPS. No doubt she has the highest raw numbers but playing her optimally is hella difficult. Could be a skill issue on my end tho
That’s why you don’t listen to people who say Zhongli is a DPS loss. The DPS you lose being ragdolled is way bigger. I love Clorinde but it only feels good using her with a strong shielder.
I made my Fischl into a physical dps. This way she can do some damage when the rotation gets off. Because it's not like she can do a lot of electrical damage. Look up machine-gun fischl. You'll see.

C4 triple crowned Lisa main here! I’ve bought all 4 cons from paimons store so we’re looking at c6 in May lmao In general I’m an electro main - I have them all built except for Razor and Dori (and Sethos because I didn’t get any copies on Clorinde’s banner 😭). Before I finish the video I’d say Kuki and Fischl are the best, I use them both basically every single abyss and they contribute massively to their teams
I'd also advocate for Clorinde in general. HOWEVER, that particular Chev/Sara/XL team is a lot better with Raiden. Sara and XL are energy blackholes and Raiden fills that without gimping everyone.
Clorinde is the first 5 star i got and i havent been disappointed even though mine is kinda mid. I might farm whimsy for her to see how much better it makes her.
Mine build is bad that's why I'm using harbinger sword on her for 46 crit dmg and 24 crit rate Yesterday I tried her with c6 benny C0 cheverus c0 fishl and I cleared 11/3 damm she was doing really good dmg with these team mates you should try this team
It's funny I don't hold Kuki in really high regards only because she's got high chance of power creep. I mean she's literally one new character away from being she's good but so and so exists. But with that being said (I have Kuki I love Kuki and I use her a lot) but feel if they made a truly dedicated trigger with good scales she'd fall off quick
@@kitkami Not as much since some have multiple teams they go on. Kuki has one team and that's it. The Shogun has multiple jobs she can do well. Another Kokomi she's never the best but she's so flexible she's harder to replace

Lyney meta?? I mean if it's your personal list then nothing wrong with it. Not gonna question your personal favourites. He's not even close to Neuvillete and Arlecchino. As someone who's tied to mono pyro only must be a mid A tier. Navia and even clorinde is way more worthier than lyney. And especially after Arlecchino lyney is more or less useless to have. Even in mono pyro she solos. Lyney is just like ganyu if you like their playstyle get them. They are nowhere near meta. And I'm putting the fact from a f2p's perspective. For me I can get whoever I want but for f2ps I think lyney is not worth their primos when arlecchino exists until they are really into that character (we all are free to pull whoever we want). Ofcoure you don't have to agree with me, doesn't matter. But unless you're simping for lyney, lyney will never be meta even if we get a c6 pyro faruzan lol
He’s not even close to Hu Tao. Having the biggest brute damage does not translate into functional team DPS. Hu Tao’s best team stomps on Lyney’s best team any day of the week with added comfort, healing, mobility and freedom of circle impact.
Keqing. Love of my life, never replacing her with any other electro DPS, or even another character. I love Firefly but not even her can lessen the fire I have for Keqing. Like what Raiden wants for her nation, my love for her is eternal, undying. Also why tf aren't you using Keqing's charged attacks!?
Lisa x Kazuha aggravate saved my account. The only thing I don't like about Lisa is my C4 coming in November (so far away), oh and I don't know how to do a Chevreuse comp with her as well. Also, why didn't you mention the units' overload capabilities more? I picked Tighnari but I was on the fence with Keqing because I needed a good dps for Chevreuse
Ahh okay yeah now it makes sense why there was so much sethos slander if you don't own him personally. My sethos has the worst team (fischl c1, lv 60 sucrose and kirara c1 kirara) and his burst still deals 11k normal and 30k arrgivate and 45k arrgivate charged attack and he's got 0 attack Stat (893) just em, crit and slingshot. I was genuinely perplexed when you said he was as bad as Freminet
I'm not. Due to the speed she's talking, it gets very jarring when she constantly uses different nicknames for the same character. I get it's supposed to have SOME entertainment value, but the main purpose of this video is meant to be informative. It's not a big problem but it gets difficult to keep up because she's talking at 1000 mph.
For me, I think Fischl takes the spot as best electro in the game, our beloved Amy, Prinzessin der Verurteilung and Sovereign of Immernachtreich herself 🎉🎉🎉 (Keep in mind that I am ranking in terms of value and not in terms of power) In terms of dps output Raiden is kind of underwhelming, her overall concern is to make other characters shine by transforming their energy problems into her strength while also reducing their er needs significantly. In other words, if you can't drive characters with Raiden, Raiden is not good herself. Depending on the units you use with her she becomes better dependingly. Imo Clorinde has good dps outputs but not crazy ones and her main overall power is driving Fischl, without her on her teams her dps output would be arguably lower than normal, Raiden would be considered better. Sure Kuki drives hyperbloom best than the other 3 electros (Raiden is competitive on that field but Kuki is overall better either for being able to drive Fischl or for healing which can be crucial in some teams, rarely will you get to see Raiden have move value for hyperbloom driving than Kuki) but other than that she doesn't have many strengths of her own. After all that, Fischl is my best bet. Crazy damage for off-field and depending on how well she can be driven she gains value. Crazy electro application and character enabling A.K.A. Keqing. Lastly, just to gain a comment shield protection from people who will disagree with what I said about Clorinde losing value without Fischl, I'm not saying she can't work without Fischl, but her best teams contain Fischl and without Fischl she loses value in all aggravate, quickbloom and overload teams. Keep in mind that this is my personal opinion and that you shouldn't feel pressured to believe it/agree with it.

Though Chlorinde is the best electro dps. She is by far the most replaceable person on this top 4 list. People also fail to realize that Fischl is super strong at C6 and not many newer players have her there. Plus you have to put proper investment in building her or she will suck. Kuki is the Best at what she does with almost Zero investment. Slap Em on her at C0 and she is good to go. She Cannot be easily replaced and requires at least 2 character to do her role. Raiden is the only one here that can perform all the the above mentioned characters roles (except heal). This to me makes her the Best Character out of the 4.
Clorinde has received so much unjustified hate, feels good to see someone actually appreciate her. I can see why some people would say Fischl is better as she is so flexible, but it's a close race I'd say
You know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone play Electro Traveler. Like, ever. Everyone starts with Ameno MC, Geo MC is a decent partner with Navia, Dendro MC is actually played a good bit, and people play Hydro Traveler just to show how bad it is, but nobody plays Electro Traveler.
I actually played Electro Traveller for a while, she held the artifacts I was going to build for Raiden Shogun. So when I finally got a weapon for Ei, That's when I stopped playing Electro Traveller

Idk, I've been playing since day1, and I've never felt the urge to replace Raiden with anyone. She let's you play in a manner, where you just burst with everyone, and then unleash the Mighty Shogun's wrath on ur enemies
Thing is we're almost into national powercreep and without those XXB trio, we dont even need raiden kit just have some decent er substats and you'll get burst back in no time

Plus, there are waaaaay more teams than national, and she let's you forget about ever worrying about ER needs. She's not only a rise in DPS but most importantly one of the biggest qualities of life improvements in the game

You play her if you want to turn your brain off with her infinite poise and energy generation, but nothing else outside of that. Her C2 turn her into a good hypercarry, but the problem is, unless you REALLY like her, going for C2 raiden for meta purposes is not worth it anymore with the expanded roster. If you want the most bang for your buck from a C2, furina and nahida exists as well
Raiden national is the true definition of unga bunga and "random BS go meme". With impeccable IR during burst and multiple random reactions at once, it's popular amongst casuals and beginners because on how easy to play it with huge room for errors.

Raiden is versatile compared to Clorinde
Raiden: is battery, main, sub, hyperbloom, hyper (one shot).
Clorinde: is only good as DPS (with self-healing) she may outnumber other electro DPS but that's it.
I love both! So, I'm trying to be as Unbiased as possible!😶
Okay so the thing I see is that Fischl is an issue. She's just way too good and will make every single Aggravate team that doesn't include her incredibly inferior due to how incredibly absurd her kit is.
Now let's tackle the rest:
- *Lisa* : I believe that she's a very competent Support with the potential of an Aggravate driver, and she has better chances to use her Hold Skill more in order to reduce her own ER problems. I also see no need for her to carry TTDS on any team mentioned since Aggravate doesn't care that much for ATK and the duration is way too short for Eula to really take advantage of it unless to wanna swap early.
- *Razor* : I honestly think Thundering Furry is just ONE of the teams Razor has available. You can also try him in Aggravate/Quickbloom comps and see competent results, and thanks to Xianyun you can get some fun out of Physical bonks. Yes they aren't the best options but also not the worst.
- *Beidou* : She's somewhat underrated. Yes she might be mediocre against bosses, but still gets the job done of protecting the DPS of the team. You can also opt to use her in Double Electro Hyperbloom teams or Chevy Overload/OverVape.
- *Keqing* : I don't know if we are playing the same Keqing but... she doesn't apply Electro THAT often. Her NA and CA SHARE ICD, and her Burst also has shared ICD so I believe it looks like a lot due to her fast animations, but in reality yeah it's once again Fischl carrying the hell out of the team.
- *Sara* : I'm not sure about this one, Boss. Trying to use her as a "main" DPS is fun, I've tried that since I have her C2, but it's still clunky? And I don't believe using her with Clorinde makes her any better simply because Fischl still exists to the point of no longer being funny. I can see her in Aggravate, I can see her in Overload, I can see her even in non-Electro characters like Arlecchino, yet she's easily overshadowed. It's a shame her buff doesn't last longer and her almost need to be C2+.
- *Raiden* : Okay listen, listen... Hot take, people are simply coping and seething that Hyperbloom does the same as spending 1000 bucks on her C2/C3. Her "carry" teams are simply not it without both high build investment and wasting money on her constellations. People tend to forget how expensive she is as a DPS. Also, Grassional > National, replace Guoba with the Raddish, it's simply that easy.
- *Yae Miko* : Listen again, listen, listen. I have a built Yae, she is my excuse for not building Fischl for years... I don't use her that often. She exists every now and then but because I don't use Aggravate that often, she doesn't see that much action. She's fine in most things Dendro-related, Aggravate, Quickbloom, Spread sub-DPS, and even Salsa now with Emilie (I don't have her but if I did them oof Battle of the Mid).
- *Kuki Shinobu* : Now hear me out, just for a moment... Raiden is slowly becoming better than Kuki for Hyperbloom. I'm just saying, Baizhu is objectively better than her with Furina when it comes to Fanfare generation, and for pure Hyperbloom she is sometimes too slow and I tend to run her alongside Thoma which is a combo many people sleep on. She is still good, I'm just saying though, Raiden is faster, with bigger AoE, can on-field her to battery, and is less risky.
- *Dori* : I think her usage with Furina is a bit overstated cuz... exactly which team are using her as a driver and why is Noelle somehow still better? Idk if it's some sort of Quickbloom then you'd be losing a lot of DMG from those Hyperblooms by not having her Full EM, if it's Taser you even have Barbara and what's funny is that you can build her for DMG and still generate enough Fanfare. Dori is just... Dori.
- *Cyno* : The title of Electro Xiao couldn't be any more fitting for this fella. Long field duration, a big need for Premium supports only for his DMG to still be mediocre, very specific way to build him and use him, easy to interrupt. I thinks this is why I don't play Aggravate.
- *Sethos* : Very creative kit, very poor results. Somehow still better than Cyno. Idk this fella's existence is just too extra and is yet another one over-reliant on Fischl in order to use him.
- *Clorinde* : I think Doña Clotilde and Raiden fall under the impression of Best Electro units due to process of elimination. I won't say that Clorinde is bad, on the contrary she's extremely good as long as you have a little something called Dendro cuz yeah no I think teams outside Quicken are a little copium. I believe she's also somewhat reliant on Fischl, however she's fast and strong enough to use other Electro options if you've grown tired of the schizophrenic chunnibyo.
As such, and because of process of elimination, the tier list would go:
S - Fischl
A - Clorinde, Raiden, Kuki, Yae
B - Beidou, Lisa, Razor, Keqing
C - Cyno, Sethos, Sara
D - Dori
C3 R1 Raiden

Yae best fox. That said, Beidou is one of the most interesting mechanical electro characters. I wish parry mechanics were used by more characters.
There used to be this status effect called "slowing water" which basically prolongs unit E skill by 150%. One of raidens pros at the time is that even if debuffed her duration matches hr cd. Ensuring 100% E uptime.

Update after watching the video i still think fishl is the strongest character. Dps wise clorinde is the bests electro character but if ur asking what the BEST electro character is it has to be fishl. I think u sumerised her kit really well she is a great sub dps and a very flexible unit that helps u battery ur team (before going further i’m assuming u have c6 fishl). In hyper carry teams like alhaitham spread, clorinde, keqing she does a major part of the teams damage and helps the dps with their er needs if needed. Although u can use hypercarry teams if u invest in ur dps more but if u use a 4 star weapon and no cons on clorinde for example her damage is not that impressive that it outshines her teams with fishl. Fishl imo is also a character that is not on par with bennet and xq but she certainly has a case to be better or on par with xl. This is because her flexibility, u can use her in so many other teams as a flex slot for example i use her in my neuvilette teams as flex (u can use whatever character with him but why use a whatever character and not use a great character) if ur kazuha is on another team. U can also use her for overvape with hutao or arlechino if ur yelan and furina are on the other side of the abyss and only have xq. For overload teams she is also a great unit that deals massive amounts of sub dps in chevreuse teams. This is just my opinion tho ❤
although i don't sometimes wanna factor in 5 star weapons, i heard she can be somewhat competitive with yae on spread teams due to elegy of the end buffing the carry's personal damage.

I have Raiden C2, Clorinde C2 and Yae C2. I can tell that Raiden has nothing to envy to Clorinde in terms of personal damage and Yae can match clorinde too. Raiden is a main dps, a sub dps and a great supprt. Clorinde is a main dps while Yae is a great sub dps who surpass Fischl (with her constellations)
yae is decent as a main carry, however as a sub dps she is worse than fischl in every way

I don't have any good electro characters. I skipped clorinde for furina but I have her sig i can't wait to get her on her rerun (wish me luck ㅠㅠ). also I've always wanted raiden and I'm guaranteed she'll finally come home ㅠㅠ
Tried Kuki out when Nahida first dropped. Seen she could hit 30k hyperblooms. Raiden has been benched ever since.

For Ei it's better than the others because she can work regardless of your roster which is extremely important even nowadays I still find myself using her because she does so much damage.

Don't get me wrong but i think Clorinde may look best right now, but she's the most replaceable character and future electro characters gonna be mostly better than her whereas Ei and Fischl, they can also be replaced but what they does is quite unique and always gonna be viable options in the future... Such is the fate of 'only DPS' characters...
Best one overall is definitely Raiden Shogun cuz She is very flexible and my favourite, which i plan to get c2, atkeast try to cuz I got mona tryna get Kazuha and now I have 10 pity with like 10 extra pulls T-T
personally i would say fischl wins because she can be slotted in more team variations than clorinde by virtue of being an off fielder.

My C6 Yae Miko is best Electro.
Using her on every abyss since 2.5 and she never failed me.
And since 3.0 with Dendro Travaler and later 3.2 with Nahida it just go way to easy for my Yae.
C6 makes almost everyone broken lol. Like for ex C6 furina is much more usefull than a C6 yae, so maybe u should compare the c0 or c1 instead

For playing clorinde optionally you need pretty low ping, and ever since I moved from home I had on average 250 and it instead of having to fire 3 shots and then dash for the most damage, I have to do 4 shots since bond of life kinda takes time so there is that

I have to agree to everything you said but Cyno is no longer that bad, the Spiral abyss has at least 2 conscutive ST chambers and Baizhu's burst and Furina's skill can somewhat maintain a quickem aura if the next wave is not too AOE heavy so he's no longer awfull to play as he used to be, his dmg is also quite on par with Alhaitham's even better against boss's (I have both of them and most of the electro roster)

I honestly love that version of the Traveler. Got them to C5 with three piece Emblem and an R3 Sac Sword.
Their sole issue is their unjustifiable energy issues. Seems like they were given this setback in fear of affecting Raiden sales or something. Because we're it not for this, many people would actually run Electro Traveller for battery purposes.

I like clorinde but i dislike her playstyle a lot. Everytime i try to "warp" out of an attack during her skill i end up being smacked around and lose a lot of DPS. No doubt she has the highest raw numbers but playing her optimally is hella difficult. Could be a skill issue on my end tho
I recommend kirara for aggravate teams, her shield gives interrupt resistance and makes clorinde very comfy.

In general I’m an electro main - I have them all built except for Razor and Dori (and Sethos because I didn’t get any copies on Clorinde’s banner 😭). Before I finish the video I’d say Kuki and Fischl are the best, I use them both basically every single abyss and they contribute massively to their teams

I'd also advocate for Clorinde in general. HOWEVER, that particular Chev/Sara/XL team is a lot better with Raiden. Sara and XL are energy blackholes and Raiden fills that without gimping everyone.

As someone who's tied to mono pyro only must be a mid A tier. Navia and even clorinde is way more worthier than lyney. And especially after Arlecchino lyney is more or less useless to have. Even in mono pyro she solos. Lyney is just like ganyu if you like their playstyle get them. They are nowhere near meta. And I'm putting the fact from a f2p's perspective. For me I can get whoever I want but for f2ps I think lyney is not worth their primos when arlecchino exists until they are really into that character (we all are free to pull whoever we want). Ofcoure you don't have to agree with me, doesn't matter. But unless you're simping for lyney, lyney will never be meta even if we get a c6 pyro faruzan lol

My sethos has the worst team (fischl c1, lv 60 sucrose and kirara c1 kirara) and his burst still deals 11k normal and 30k arrgivate and 45k arrgivate charged attack and he's got 0 attack Stat (893) just em, crit and slingshot. I was genuinely perplexed when you said he was as bad as Freminet

I'm not. Due to the speed she's talking, it gets very jarring when she constantly uses different nicknames for the same character. I get it's supposed to have SOME entertainment value, but the main purpose of this video is meant to be informative. For me, I think Fischl takes the spot as best electro in the game, our beloved Amy, Prinzessin der Verurteilung and Sovereign of Immernachtreich herself 🎉🎉🎉
(Keep in mind that I am ranking in terms of value and not in terms of power)
In terms of dps output Raiden is kind of underwhelming, her overall concern is to make other characters shine by transforming their energy problems into her strength while also reducing their er needs significantly. In other words, if you can't drive characters with Raiden, Raiden is not good herself. Depending on the units you use with her she becomes better dependingly.
Imo Clorinde has good dps outputs but not crazy ones and her main overall power is driving Fischl, without her on her teams her dps output would be arguably lower than normal, Raiden would be considered better.
Sure Kuki drives hyperbloom best than the other 3 electros (Raiden is competitive on that field but Kuki is overall better either for being able to drive Fischl or for healing which can be crucial in some teams, rarely will you get to see Raiden have move value for hyperbloom driving than Kuki) but other than that she doesn't have many strengths of her own.
After all that, Fischl is my best bet. Crazy damage for off-field and depending on how well she can be driven she gains value. Crazy electro application and character enabling A.K.A. Keqing.
Lastly, just to gain a comment shield protection from people who will disagree with what I said about Clorinde losing value without Fischl, I'm not saying she can't work without Fischl, but her best teams contain Fischl and without Fischl she loses value in all aggravate, quickbloom and overload teams. Keep in mind that this is my personal opinion and that you shouldn't feel pressured to believe it/agree with it.
Is fischl good at c0 or does she need c6?
@@luutio9000 Before C6 she is less powerful, electro application is lower, Oz's uptime isn't as long and her C6 is her most important Con marking a difference on her power scalings.
C2 and below: mid-good
C3-C5: Very good
C6: Amazing 🙏

Though Chlorinde is the best electro dps. She is by far the most replaceable person on this top 4 list. People also fail to realize that Fischl is super strong at C6 and not many newer players have her there. Plus you have to put proper investment in building her or she will suck. Kuki is the Best at what she does with almost Zero investment. Slap Em on her at C0 and she is good to go. She Cannot be easily replaced and requires at least 2 character to do her role. Raiden is the only one here that can perform all the the above mentioned characters roles (except heal). This to me makes her the Best Character out of the 4.

Clorinde has received so much unjustified hate, feels good to see someone actually appreciate her. I can see why some people would say Fischl is better as she is so flexible, but it's a close race I'd say

You know, I don't think I've ever seen anyone play Electro Traveler. Like, ever. Everyone starts with Ameno MC, Geo MC is a decent partner with Navia, Dendro MC is actually played a good bit, and people play Hydro Traveler just to show how bad it is, but nobody plays Electro Traveler.
I actually played Electro Traveller for a while, she held the artifacts I was going to build for Raiden Shogun. So when I finally got a weapon for Ei, That's when I stopped playing Electro Traveller
