At the beginning of the season Texas Tech was projected to finish in the lower half of the Big 12 after losing so many players after their big season last year. No one expected this. It’s safe to say that Coach Beard knows what he is doing.

Was a good game. I think we needed Henry more involved slasher/passer. They were pressing Winston and are tall/helping in the inside on the bigs. Henry could have gotten to the hoop and finished or dumped the ball if they helped (which they were doing). TT was more aggressive, MSU looked like playing not to lose.

Texas tech vs Auburn would've been more interesting. Tech and Virginia will be a good one. I feel like Virginia been winning on a little bit of luck not to take anything away from them but they gotta come with it against tech Monday night. I studied both teams and they're almost identical. I think it will be another nail bitter. May the best team win
Virginia has not beaten a single team without struggle. They can only get lucky so many times

@@maxscherzer4123 Not really. They played easy teams against Gardner-Webb, Oklahoma, and Oregon to start off with. Sure they beat Purdue and Auburn, but they had to get extremely lucky just to beat them.
@@lukedetering4490 UVA has lost 3 games all season playing a grind it out defensive style that knocks teams off balance and takes them out of their flow.
There may have been luck involved the last 2 games but there's nothing fluke about playing nearly 40 games and only losing 3.
UVA is still the only #1 seed left, #1 defensively in division 1 & #1 defensively in guarding against the 3 ball.

Auburn beat Kansas, destroyed UNC and then beat Kentucky. All that stopped when they ran into UVA'S defense.
UVA also plays in the ACC. They're definitely battle tested. This UVA team ain't a fluke by a long shot.

Texas tech just sucks the life out of people. They held buffalo to a season low in points. They beat Michigan in a way that no one has beat them this year. They shut down Gonzaga. They slowed down a hot Sparty team. This team is on a terror and I think the best 3 seed ever. The Michigan team from last year who was a 3 seed was very good but I think Texas tech is a little better than them
Texas Tech is a very good team, but they like to get out and have runs just like the other teams. UVA takes that away with their grind it out style and it knocks teams off balance because it takes teams out of their flow.
Auburn was on fire offensively until they ran into UVA.

@@alexknight1687 Uh yeah they do. The went through the tough Big 12, and tournament schedule. They won the Big 12, and have done it with losing 6 of their scorers from last year. They don't play a weak schedule.
