This is actually great Seeing an untranslated game for a decades that been translated by this moment is really,really unexpected but a blessing of the game itself as the f-zero fandom as well As an big fan of this game,I do really appreciate a lot‼️
To be honest the game is already 50% in english and the only things in japanese was barely an issue when I played it, don't know why it took almost 20 years lol. But glad there is another game translated. The game is the best version you can think of a mode-7 F-Fero.

It’s awesome that we finally have this after so long! It’s a shame that Nintendo will probably never give us an official translation even if they release F-Zero Climax outside of Japan. Also, given that one of the biggest reasons F-Zero even exists is because Nintendo of America vetoed Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally for “not being cool enough,” it’s a bit tragic that the final installment of F-Zero itself never even did well enough to see an international release.
What probably doesn't help is that the anime It's based on didn't really get the rest of its episodes released in English. Partially due to 4Kids going under.
do what you can as we get half-assed remakes nowadays. Great job and nice upload even if I'm late to seeing this. Did play the original emulated as a kid.
@@BryantheArchivist He is 100% based on Ryu from Street Fighter. Even his surname, Suzaku, is a reference to Ryu's stage in Street Fighter, Suzaku Castle.
@@Lion-EXEthere’s also that scene around the start of, I think it was episode 49, where he DEADASS looks exactly like Ryu. That’s also compounded by the fact that both Ryu’s had the same VA around that time.
I'm one of those who learned how to use the track editor by just using every single tool and see what it does without knowing how to read Japanese kanji. I also learned how to brake the hard way if I wanted to beat Survival mode. Thanks for this, pal. I'm adding that page to my bookmark in case I forget to download it later.
I too learned that way. Although the translation is very appreciated though, mastery of this game is most certainly in my blood. The hope is that more people see the hard work that translation team did. And maybe more people will see F-Zero Climax.

The old patches I remember made it impossible to do more than one race. It'd crash often.

This is really cool. I do wish they would make an optional patch to keep the Japanese names. I've always liked Ryu Suzaku and Clank Hughes more.

Clank is better than Tek but every time I see the name Ryu I only think of Street Fighter.

That Dragon Bird description is soo accurate.
It's really hard to control that thing when you try to go over 1400+Km/h.
With Nintendo adding GBA to the online library this has no excuse now to not be on there
And what a letdown it will be if they only release a JP-version for only Japanese NSO. Every region deserves it at this point.
