DJI mini 2 CRASH due to the Remote Control switched off suddenly 🛩🛩💥💥

A few weeks ago I went to Durdle Door in the south of England to record one of my episodes for my RUclips channel. When I took off my DJI Mini 2 drone a few seconds later, my remote control turned off completely, losing connection with the drone, causing it to crash against the rocks and causing damage to my #drone
I have tried to contact DJI through their website but I did not have a very positive response because my warranty had already expired. Possibly the diode burned out and caused the remote control to no longer turn on. Luckily my drone was close to me because it could have been worse.
What I did was buy a second-hand remote control on Amazon and luckily I was able to configure it again and now the drone works perfectly. But I felt very disappointed because I thought the product was of good quality and I did my searches on social networks and it has already happened to more people.
