I did this entire menu from start to finish yesterday and IT WAS A HIT! The scones are to die for. And the grapefruit with the rosemary and hot chocolate was the biggest surprise with how delicious it was (and I usually hate grapefruit but I ate two). Thank you so much!!

Everything looks awesome! But I have to say that the scone recipe really caught my eye. Those look so easy and delicious! My kind of recipe! Just a quick tip, if I may, ...you can peel and chop the potatoes the night before, as well. Just cover them with cold, salted water. They can sit on your counter top over night. Next morning, drain first thing and allow to drain well. This may make the difference whether you use fresh or frozen! .......just a thought! Love, love, love your table setting! Sooo pretty. 😘

Fantastic. Loved all of your food preparation. Will definitely have a try, even for mother occasion. I used to cook the grapefruits all the time that way and place a little bit of liquor, which burns off, but tasted fantastic. Almond liquor. Soufflé looked amazing with those home fried potatoes and not to mention the hot chocolate.

In Algeria we do that for the grapefruit but we add rose water and cinnamon as well and it tastes amazing
