Love your channel Beth, I remember those 20 min videos with 4 corse meals, it was so different from the standard cooking videos, i love it, excellent stuff!
Not only you are a great cook, you are also a great storyteller! I enjoyed listening to all your stories.
At 6:45, you mention how your coworkers said others wouldn’t be interested in watching 20 minute long entertaining “how-to.” I watched all of them on repeat and your fancy Thanksgiving one as my guide for my first Thanksgiving party! Thank you for making those! They are my all time favorite!

Oh gosh did you notice how history repeated itself with the picture of you and your dad how your standing behind/beside him, and then how your daughter is literally taking the same kind of picture next to her dad, your husband..and the both of you have huge big smiles on your faces next to your dad/her dad your husband..wow!!! Deja vu uh! I love when that happens when history repeats itself through our children and you get to see it too through your children. I have the same with my kids. How awesome. God is Amazing!!! I love when God makes that happen don't you? HE'S SO GREAT!!! Bye bye💅

Beth, I have been watching for years and you taught me how to bake and cook, thank you! Love seeing the direction your channel has taken over the years.
Loved this so much. It is interesting to get to know you a little better. I've mentioned this before but my mother who passed away a couple years ago and I loved watching your father on HGTV when I was in my late teens early twenties. We both loved design and watching shows both beautiful homes and designers. Designers are usually the best match-makers because they have a natural talent for pairing items, fabric and people together.

Oh goodness, Beth! I loved this video! It made me cry! I adore the close-knit upbringing you had and are raising your girls to have! The segment about your dad makes me tear up! Reminds me of my dad and how I’m thankful to still have him and my mom in our lives and that I wish I’d see them more since we live so far apart. This was a great video!! Your feed me fast chicken was the first recipe I made from your channel and it was also the first time our family dunes outside on our patio! They loved the dish and dining al fresco! Because of you I’ve taken on a love of entertaining and cooking and am totally more purposeful when it comes to dinner time and making it more special with simple touches! Love you and your channel!!

What a lovely video Beth. My first recipe I learned from my mom is Snickerdoodle cookies, which I still enjoy today. But, I learned by watching my mom and allowed in the kitchen.

I love your videos, as someone who is completely blind, I find cooking fun because I have to use other senses, basically cooking in the dark. I put on a cooking with confidence course for other visually impaired and blind people to get them confident and happy in the kitchen. Your channel has inspired loads of different ideas, and I love how descriptive you are. Thank you for being so inclusive. XX

My childhood was very similar only it was my mom who inspired me. I loved being in the kitchen and was allowed to experiment with real tools and ingredients from a very young age. I eventually became a journeyman baker and practiced for over 15 years. I love your passion for cooking and you are a natural in the kitchen. Love your channel!

Thank you for making this channel - I've always struggled with the timing of cooking meals, so most of my dishes are one-pot or one-pan. You've made it accessible to make multiple dishes and have them all come out at the right time, and it's an absolute miracle.
