Hello, friends!
I'm currently working myself through a bit of a low. I miss my family terribly and am just so ready for us all to be healthy and able to socialize like normal once more. I've also been putting EVERYTHING into my videos and working double time in preparation for a trip I hope to take soon with Landon.
For whatever reason though, my videos seem to continually fall short in the RUclips algorithm (aka, I'm making way less money, getting far less views, and have been losing subscribers). Honestly, I'd be so happy if my channel could maintain it's current numbers! I don't need 100K subscribers or buckets of money-- I love this community so much as is and it's the interactions we share that fill me up. I'm just scared of my channel becoming obsolete if the downward trends continue. Also, it can be heartbreaking to pour your everything into a video and then watch it flop.
The bottom line is that I absolutely love making videos for you all each week and am in a constant state of awe that this is what I get to do for a living, that there are people all over the world who care about my life and share my interests. I simply want to continue to be able to do exactly this for the long run. Thank you so so very much for being a part of it all 💛

Anytime you experience a burn out, simply meditate and take some deep breaths for 5 minutes and you will feel so much better. Experiencing nature is another great way to just relax and not worry about problems. I do like the video. Self care is something we always need in order to deal with obstacles. You need time for yourself. Your trip will do you good. Enjoy your weekend!!

Dear Morgan. I've been having a rough week, feeling lonely and burnt out by school and covid. As you said in the description of your video, I'm also missing my friends and family and can't wait to socialize with everyone like normal. This video really was a form of comfort during my study break. A lot of your self care tips also help for me. The most important one being in nature. At home I live in a forest in Belgium and when away for school I live in the city in student housing. At home, I mentally feel the best because of the forest. It really makes my mind calm down. Thank you for this video (and all the other ones of course, they really are a form of comfort). As some other viewer said in the comments, your channel is a hidden gem. P.s. Emma is such a good movie! Next to Pride and Prejudice from 2005 it's also my comfort movie haha!
