I really love all your videos. There is not a single video you have made that I have watched that did not add so much value and happiness to my day and way of looking at things. In this video I especially loved the suggestion about slowing yourself down. As soon as you mentioned it I KNEW it would work for me. I feel like I found your videos and all the different tidbits of magic in them at just the right time in my life down to the hour and day. NOTHING you are doing is in vain. You have a quality like sunlight on the water just in your manner of speaking that transmits calmness and possibility to people. You are most certainly in your calling I would say. I am 72 years old and happy to learn new things and I have learned a lot from you. Thank you for all you do and especially for sharing your insights and experiences in such a SPECIFIC way. The specificity is what helps me the most. I dont know how else to explain it. And whatever I try from your suggestions seems to work instantaneously. LOL. Are you the magic fairy I believed in when I was a little girl? You must be related to her, at the very least. But come to think of it I think your videos could help children a lot too. Wishing you a beautiful day in the Netherlands and thanks so much.
I am 80 years old and find this covid thing getting me down, which bleeds off onto my day in general. I bought a guitar, am learning to play it with classes online. It has become my light when I feel dark. If I, like you, deal with those down days right away or they can become a week, month or way of life. THANK YOU for making this video. It has lifted me.
I'm glad the video helped you feel better for a while. I totally get it with feeling down because of everything that's happening right now.. I love that you bought a guitar and are taking online classes, nothing like music to lift the soul :) And it's always great to learn something new as well. Take good care and things will get better!
Something small that helps me is open my windows as soon as I get out of bed and just look at the sky. Fresh air is good for us and our homes too so I leave them open as much as possible :) Hope everyone is coping the best they can
I love how you talked about slowing things down when you are not in a great mood. To me that means being mindful and present. I spend so much of my day in my head, thinking about the past, the future, worrying, feeling bad for myself, etc. . . Slowing down, being mindful and in the present is very nurturing and healing ❤️.
1. Mindful of content you consume. Yesssss. 7 years ago I gave tv up and haven’t looked back for the same reason. I do watch Netflix and Hulu but it’s what I choose. Same with social media - I don’t need to compare my life or body to someone who didn’t have my life and my experiences so our lives and bodies will be different.
I'm a front liner.Things are takings it's toll on me mentally and physically. That's why I always try to start my day with positive videos especially that ones that you make and anything minimalism! Vera, thank you for everything that you do.
Thank you Vera. I am typically a very optimistic person, but as you said times have been very rough and it's easy to get down. I really look forward to watching your videos because they help me to remember to slow down and be appreciative and enjoy what we do have and to be thankful. By the way I don't think you're pretty at all you have good things to share. I enjoy being in nature when I'm down if possible. I do work a normal job so that I only have the weekends to be off but I tried to find that if I can get out into the woods or walk barefoot in the grass and just be quiet and listen it helps me to decompress from the stressful week. I hope you have a great day!
You are a very wise and lovely young woman. Yes I start day positively. After I speak in prayer with our Creator I read chapter of Bible and meditate on a verse whilst drinking my coffee. Hi Jeraldine! :) I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time finding employment here.. Actually I hear it from friends and family as well at the moment, especially with the pandemic. I hope something will turn up for you soon :) Good luck and have a lovely week!
I think this is one of your best videos so far! While I was watching I thought: this feels so natural and true, really from the heart. And then at the end you said it was unprepared and not scripted. I really think this made the video way better. So I hope you will try to experiment more with this, because I think you are doing amazing! To answer your question: what helps me feel better on an off day/mood: meditate and read positive/spiritual texts. Just go back to myself for a while makes the difficult thoughts and feelings go more to the back burner.
Aw thank you, that's so nice to hear :) I also had so much fun filming this video in this way. Definitely going to keep trying and working on it. It took me so many videos to feel comfortable enough in front of the camera to do it like this. Have a wonderful day!
You are so right about what you watch or listen too can bring you done. Some things put on facebook can make me so sad or angry at times. I enjoy my grandchildren, hikes outdoors, my dogs and my crafting or reading to help me feel better and happier. Thank you for you videos, they also make me happier
Dear Vera, thank you so much for this video! When you talked about bad news affecting you a lot, I felt true sadness in your voice. I can speak only in my own name, but I am sure many people think the same: you help a lot, you are making this world a better place. That is why we subscribe and follow you 🌷 We need to take care of ourselves to be able to help others, and you give us great tips to deal with every day struggles! P.S. I would love to see more videos about the benefits of living simply and mindfully, especially for highly sensitive people ❤️
When I have a bad day I just want to be alone stay at home, listen to music’s songs and sing along . And depending on my mood I listen to the lyrics and it does help to calm me down at least for that day.🎵🎶
I have stopped Facebook for the time being and I don't look at the news until later in the day. Once I did those two simple acts, I found my mood improved considerably. My employer just announced we would need to do a shortened work week for the next 10-12 weeks to help save the budget. I will have Mondays off. I decided to be grateful i was going to have 3-day weekends for the summer instead of stressing over it. I can't change it, I might as well enjoy it. Thanks Vera for your tips and insight.
There are go-to activities that I can draw on for difficult days. Re reading a favorite book, re watching a favorite movie, finally beginning to learn a new skill I've been wanting to learn. I also have a saved list of videos I named 'peaceful'. These are things like videos of ocean surf, rivers, birds etc. I used to hike and camp many many times a year before my arthritis put me in a wheelchair, connecting with nature via these videos seems to help the same way. I used to garden a lot, until we got covid ( in February 2020.) Long haul covid means my husband can no longer help me, nor do I have the same energy to use my ramp and dig in the places he prepared for me. Instead I have created a small corner in my home for succulents. Caring for them is very easy, and it connects me to my garden loving heart. I also draw, design knitting and crochet patterns, make jewelry, and adore learning how to do things like taaniko weaving, playing the ukulele, or how to make historic recipes. I also always enjoy watching videos about archeology. I guess my point is everyone will encounter something they enjoy sometime in their life. Treasure those things. Save them up so that they can be applied to days when life is feeling hard.
I would like to tell you that you are a “teacher” in a way, and that if touched one person and helped them out; then you are a successful! You don’t know how many people you have helped with minimalism, self care, meditation, and so on. I think you are fantastic and I enjoy your videos and you have and still are helping me. Watching your videos calm me and helps so much! Thank you for being brave enough to put yourself out there in “RUclips” land! I appreciate it!
Oh I sooooo wanted to hear "I am pretty." Period. But you continued with ... confident. Which is also cool but I wanted to hear you say that you are pretty. I dont know why. I see you as my friend. You are so pretty and such an amazing soul. I wish you all the peace and happiness in the world.
Dear Vera, Thank you for this video. I agree with you, regarding all things, that make us feel sad od bad in general. I also think, that it is very important, to let yourself be like that, from time to time and to know, that it's all right. Being sad or angry is a part of our life. And once you understand and accept this, you will be able to live much more peacefull life. And one more thing, that you very often remind me about in your videos - to take a good care about yourself 😊 thanks again!
Food also can have a very powerful influence on our mood and emotions. For example sugar is known to contribute to depression an bad feelings. Once I heard a doctor say: A tablespoon of pumpkin seeds per day could heal depression. I don't know it this is true or not, but I experience a better mood, more energy when I'm eating lots of fruits and vegetables, and less flour- or animal products and less sweets of course... However unfortunately it's often difficult to overcome cravings (or 'addictions'), esp. when your feeling blue... Thanks for your video, Vera. I always appreciate your thoughtfulness and your ideas!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I agree healthy food is such an important part of self care, and when we feel healthier, we also feel better mentally :)
Wonderful video. What struck a chord with me was, having low expectations. I even told people out loud that. I do better now. I protect myself and limit my inner circle to only people that respect my boundaries. I also won't participate in disturbing social media. I'm glad I found you and others. One other thing you mentioned was doing things slow. Lol, I so enjoy putting away silver carefully quiet, enjoying the order as I go. Thank you again.
I have developed, I guess, a rather unique relationship with FB. My profile is basically saying, "Don't ask what's wrong with me, ask what's wrong with you!". As I'm in no way a star, this will certainly only get to to handfull of people, who are actually concerned! Also, I have zero qualms about muting "my friends" from my feed, repeatedly, after 30 days, but, I do appreciate the Yad Vashem messages, I think basically, since imo it's not healthy to pretend there is no darkness in this world. Obviously, I need to cheer up and just take care of myself, occasionally, too though. ;)
I totally agree with you about something on the news or social media being able to colour your whole day. I’ve found at this time that so many of my Facebook friends are just posting negative stuff all the time or sharing news stories. I’ve deleted the Facebook app off my phone now so I don’t mindlessly check it, it’s only on my tablet and I now look at it once per day in the evening which is much better for me.
Oh my gosh, the slowing down helps so much when I’m irritated. It comes all the way down to my breathing bc when I’m irritated and then slow down and slow my breathing my thoughts soften and eases the irritation. Yes hard to explain.
I am fairly new to your channel Vera but have been on my path to simple happy & zen for a while. I think you are brilliant Vera. I wish I would have been so on the ball at your age. Im 50 now and its an ongoing story always in our lives, re evaluating yourself and your life. Keep up the good work, your beauty radiates from inside to out. Your channel is a vital one x
About what I do to deal with any difficulty..... Well... as you said... It is my thoughts... I immediately reckon about the situation I am in and try n compare it with those around and interestingly I always come back realizing "it is a lot better" for me. A gush of gratitude, a small shift in perspective and the simple thought that "everything will be OK" is enough to move on. When everything seems out of control and the feeling of helplessness sets in, I just look up to the Almighty and say "I know you are watching and you will take care". And that relieves me from any angst or pain. For I know we all are HIS children and he wont let us suffer forever!
Particularly when I’m agitated/irritated/annoyed, what helps me is if I can move from that to being snarky. This usually means making fun of ppl (to myself), even making up names for them, laughing at how ridiculous certain situations are, etc. I understand this isn’t enlightened behavior but it’s a close enough jump from irritated to snarky that I can usually get there and it’s a much lighter energy. Trying to go from irritated to loving would never work. Once you’re at snarky, then you can try to move to accepting or playful. So glad you made this vid, many great points here, esp regarding comparison despair, which so many of us struggle with
I needed this video today. Thank you for making it. I worked as a humanitarian all my life from nursing homes, disabilities, children with special needs and au pair. I am an extrovert and miss helping and giving comfort to others. It is in my nature. I continue to greet people and strike conversations. Many times I have uplifted people. Keeps my anxiety at bay in these uncertain times.
When I'm feeling blue I check my cycle calendar first. Often it's "just" the hormones, so I don't listen to myself that day(s), because I know it's the hormones and it's going to pass in 1 or 2 days anyway.
I was on my way down that spiral when I decided to give myself 5 minutes to chill and watch something short on youtube (it's weird but cleaning and youtube are my version of 'me time') and this popped up on my homepage. It helped more than I thought it would, thanks for the video :)
I'm back watching this video because there are so much rage in this world right now. I feel helpless in a swamp of raging humans. Thank you for making this video last month
Thank you for this video. It really spoke to me. One thing that I do to help myself is I craft something. Mostly greeting cards. I grab myself a cup of coffee or a cup of tea and make some pretty. I keep the electronics off and sit in silence. I agree with you about limiting content. I am a happier person when I do limit things in my life. Another great video. Thank you for sharing it. 😊
You are beautiful. Your "going for it" came off wonderfully. All that you shared was of benefit to me. I appreciate all that you give, of your self. I am always happy to receive your next sharing. Oh...I encourage your vulnerability, in sharing emotion. In doing so, you encourage me to open my heart, even more. We are heartfelt beings and have an effect on one another. In gratitude for your sensitive, heart-intelligence, with courage to share with us.
I have been watching your videos every day. Most of the time first thing in the morning, middle of the day and before bedtime. Your videos are very inspiring and I can feel you're a genuine person. I started my journey to minimalism living and intentional living. Thank you so much.
I've noticed that watching kids' shows really helps to boost my mood in the morning. They are usually very short (around twenty minutes or so) and you can watch them while having breakfast or morning coffee (if you don't mind doing two things at once).
I’m 2 weeks new to this channel and been bingeing your videos especially during mornings and during times I want to relax/hear something positive. This is your most emotional video so far, and I can totally relate with everything you said. Thanks for creating these tupes of content and thanks for being my “rest” during these time when I am still figuring out how to better myself and establish the kind of life that I really want to live. ❤️❤️❤️ Loves from the Philippines! (a South East Asian country :))
Aww thank you so much for taking the time to write these kind words. I'm so happy you're finding value in my videos. Take care my friend and have a lovely day!
Vera, I happened upon your channel in 2020. There are so many things about you and your videos that uplift me. I'm half Japanese so I love how you are learning the language. Also this video seemed so honest on your part and really touched me-I lost my son 5 years ago and I understand those days when we need to protect ourselves in our "pod". You are wise way beyond your years. Keep sending out your positive messages. The world needs more people like you.
Thank you so much for your kind comment Elaine. I'm so happy you're finding value in my videos. And I'm incredibly sorry to hear about your huge loss.. sending love and happy vibes your way 💕
Don't feel bad regarding your RUclips channel! Your minimalism videos are the only ones I enjoy watching...I even repeat them sometimes because I like listening to your sweet calm voice & demeanor. Thank you for sharing 😁
Dear Vera, I was having the worst day ever. Your video made me realize that I have so many things in my life to be grateful for. Having a difficult day doesn't mean the end of the world. Thank you so much. love from Bangladesh
I'm so happy to hear the video helped you to feel better, take good care and remember that life has natural ups and downs, so things will get better again :)
I'm glad it's not just me that the news can make people feel anxious. I don't want anyone to feel that way......but glad it's not just me. :) The news really gets to be to much.
I love that you brought up abundance and gratitude. I have found both of these through Minimalism. As far as what I do when I’m having a hard day - I make tea, put on music, and focus on my breath. Have a wonderful weekend. You did a great job on this impromptu video. ❤️
This in my opinion was one of your best videos. So much of what you mentioned resonated with me and I’m sure many of your viewers. And yes!!....cat videos are great! Or even better getting a cat or two. I have 3 and they are my therapy. 😻😻😻
I often think if your life at that moment is not optimum, i always say their others feeling much worse, my problem if it does exist is nothing in comparison to other peoples, and if if i ever do feel this way it doesn't last long and as long as you have yoyr health nothing else matters !!
Anita Carter I agree!....on Mother’s Day, we took a drive into San Francisco and it really lifted my spirits....just because it was a change of scenery.
YOU and your channel are this for me! Your content, voice, wisdom, and sense of humor is so genuine, kind, and loving. I take you with me on my morning walks, knowing whatever you have to say will warm my heart, make my day even better, and give me a little hug through my ears. 😆👂♥️ Thank you so much, Vera!
I've been subscribed to your channel for several years and I can't believe I missed this video! It randomly came up in my feed. Watching two years later....crazy right! We made it through thank goodness and I still find this video applies to life now. I find gratitude is the most important. Also including positivity into your daily life. I don't have social media besides YT so im not bombarded with toxic or negative influences all day long. I love watching your old videos, they are timeless and so relevant to daily life! 😊
I love this ! ❤ I totally agree, becoming aware of the content we consume! It all affects our energy, everything we see and hear becomes what we think and speak..!
On off days, I tend to allow myself those feelings. I allow myself sadness and other emotions, because they are just as human and vital as any other happier emotion. That being said, I try to not dwell on the negative and I make it a point to always find good, positive things to be grateful for. This was another wonderful video, Vera! (Simple)Happy(Zen) Saturday! 😊🌺
True... Been watching and doing decluttering and minimalism and they help me esp of letting go and clearing up my mind & heart. In years watching animals with channels of life with malamutes, mochamilk, Hideaki Hatsumi (Gumi), hamlet parrot, etc. Nwys, I'm glad that I found ur channel from decluttering into this, u have other pieces of cake to offer. I love this video, yup optimism attracts positivity feelings.
Hi Vera, another very helpful video, thank you :) I understand what you mean by the slowing down when you're irritated. I have this sometimes too, the bad irritated morning and I have to go walk my dogs. One of them likes to hurry, and the other one likes to sniff and just look around, she's very old and almost blind and deaf, so things just take longer with her. And I find myself even more irritated, because she's constatntly stopping, while the other one is pulling me forward, and at that point I just wanna scream, especially when it's pouring rain or super windy.. I found out that when I just stop, slow down and don't try to rush her, it works a lot better. I find something to look at when she stops, and it really helps me calm down. Now as write it, I also find it hard to explain, why it works, but somehow it does. I'm glad that I am not the only one :) Also - to your point of missing the bus not affecting anything in the big picture - have you seen the movie "sliding doors"? it's about a woman missing the train, and not missing it at the same time, there are two realitites going on, and in the one where she caught the train, she came home too soon and found her partner with a mistress. In the reality where she missed it, she came home after the mistress left and didn;t suspect a thing :)
Vera, I'm thankful for you, your efforts and love as you support our spirits and well-being. Please know that I send you blessings and think of you often- sending you support and encouragement in your struggles too. Hugs and smiles. DeAnn
Sometimes when things go wrong, like you mentioned missing the bus, I tell myself that this will make a good story to share and it does help you see the humor in things. Or, it can be a way the Universe creates a different path for you.
When I need more inspiration, I agree with watching funny cat videos even if I have four cats and watching your videos soothes me when i feel down. Thank you so much for doing this video, it really helps a lot. I always look forward to your new videos just like today, I got so happy and in the mood that I saw this new video of yours!!
What I like to do when I need positivitity at beginning of the day is watch your videos! You are right. The content you view directly influences your mood! ❤ your channel, Lisa
Hi Vera... I can feel how sensitive you are and how negative things affect you so much... it's good that you know how to handle yourself well, do it and don't let other people's criticisms affect you, YOU are a very passionate and intelligent person, and I think you influence a lot of people in a good way... be yourself and keep inspiring others! 👍👍
Perfect video at the perfect time. Thank you, Vera, for sharing your tips and personal experiences. Lately, I've been struggling with my personal productivity and been watching videos from high achievers to get some thoughts. This seems to make matters worse because of the overly complicated systems they use to manage time and get things done. My idea is to follow my own wisdom of letting things unfold naturally without injecting self criticism or difficult planning. I appreciate you sharing on this topic to get me to trust my own thoughts. Have a good weekend.
Thanks for sharing Justin! Actually I know what you mean, those types of videos don't work for me either. I think there are definitely people out there who find benefit in them, I'm just not one of them. :) It's perfectly okay to find what works for you and follow your own wisdom. Have a lovely weekend!

YES! :) Great one :) Thanks for sharing
I also stand in front of an open window upon waking. It connects me to what I love most, nature.
This is such good advise. You’re so insightful. Thank you. 🙏🏻✨

What a wonderful topic. Sometimes an off-day can really turn into a negativity spiral that it’s hard to get out of. Very helpful ♥️♥️♥️
Thanks so much Nena! Yes it's tricky to find a balance between allowing yourself to feel what you feel, but not wallowing in it.

I thought she was gonna say that to!
Aw, you're both so sweet 😍 Thank you!!! 🤗🌷
@@jessicapuntorno1540 Me too! Vera IS pretty.
Me too I wanted her to stop at pretty
I was thinking exactly the same thing !!
Fresh air and nature always helps
Yes :) Very true. Though at this moment, not possible for everyone unfortunately.. I do enjoy going for a walk in my neighborhood :)
Thank you for sharing your self-care tips.
You're very welcome David, take care!
Yes, that's awesome!! :) Thanks for sharing Natalie
A hobby always helps!
Yes! :) Good one
I play the ukulele and Merlin... I play silly, fun songs and it makes a lot of difference. I also like to sew !! This is a good point ... xo
You are so wise. I never get tired off listening to you.
Aw thank you Helena 🤗💖🌺
Thanks so much for your kind comment and have a wonderful day!!
Thanks Vera love your suggestions. I listen to music or take a walk in nature that helps me.❤
Thanks so much :) Yes that works wonders!!
You don’t have to be an expert to share your thoughts. I love your videos. Thanks for always sharing.
Thank you Kathy! :) I hope you're having a great weekend so far
So glad you made this vid, many great points here, esp regarding comparison despair, which so many of us struggle with
i'm watching this three years later... the world is still crazypants & these tips are still helpful.
ty vera
I agree, music 🎶 is a healer… If I have a day where I’m feeling kind of funky… I turn on some really upbeat music and it inspires me.🤷🏻♀️ 😬👌🏻
YES! :) Hahaha exactly
Gratitude, yoga, time with my child, watching videos about minimalism and montessori make me feel better. Very nice video!
Thanks so much Irene and have a great day!
I wish I found this three years ago! Such great suggestions. I'm glad I came across your videos!
Excellent reminders and needed right now. Thank you.😊
You're so welcome, have a great day!
Actually I've been feeling it a bit too lately. Try to focus on your small circle where everything is nice and good :)
I love that tip! :) Thanks Laurie, have a great week
I agree, watching videos or shows that show the funny cute things animals do picks me up every time when I’m down..
Me too!! All the cuteness 😍
Thank you so much for sharing this video with me
Listening to your sweet videos always helps me. I find something there, food for thought or just a positive idea to work into my day!💞
That's so nice to hear :) Thank you!
Thanks so much for your kind and encouraging comment Kathy, I really appreciate it. Have a wonderful day!!
I have been watching your videos every day. Most of the time first thing in the morning, middle of the day and before bedtime. Your videos are very inspiring and I can feel you're a genuine person. I started my journey to minimalism living and intentional living. Thank you so much.
You are so so honest .....really love your videos ....I so resonate with all you are talking here
Thank you for your helpful talk. I'm going to try to replace my negative thoughts with positive. 👍😄
You're very welcome Ann, take care and find what works for you 💕
I've noticed that watching kids' shows really helps to boost my mood in the morning. They are usually very short (around twenty minutes or so) and you can watch them while having breakfast or morning coffee (if you don't mind doing two things at once).
Haha such a creative suggestion! :)
You have become my first video to watch in the morning! 🙏 I appreciate your thoughtfulness and it is helping me a great deal
So nice of you to put this beautiful energy out into the world.
Thank you so much Jennifer :)
Thank and bless you!
Aw thanks Laura, that's so sweet :) Have a lovely day!
You're definitely not the only one :)
I love that you brought up abundance and gratitude. I have found both of these through Minimalism.
As far as what I do when I’m having a hard day - I make tea, put on music, and focus on my breath.
Have a wonderful weekend. You did a great job on this impromptu video. ❤️
Thank you so much Corinna, I appreciate that :) And I love your activities, so nice and restorative
Beautiful, Vera ! You are so soothing & gentle & sweet ! Thank you ! You make a difference !!

Love love love you, I'm grateful for finding you Vera on you tube.
That's so sweet, thank you so much! :)
This in my opinion was one of your best videos. So much of what you mentioned resonated with me and I’m sure many of your viewers.
And yes!!....cat videos are great! Or even better getting a cat or two. I have 3 and they are my therapy. 😻😻😻
Aw thank you!! That's so great to hear :) Have a lovely day!
I often think if your life at that moment is not optimum, i always say their others feeling much worse, my problem if it does exist is nothing in comparison to other peoples, and if if i ever do feel this way it doesn't last long and as long as you have yoyr health nothing else matters !!
Thank you for encouragement. It helps so much. Take care my friend. ❤️😺
You're very welcome, so glad the video was helpful! :) Have a great day
You're a fountain of wisdom and upliftment. You're making the world brighter, happier, and better. Thanks, Vera! ❤️
Aw that's so sweet Elisse, thank you so much 🤗🌱💕
Hello from Ukraine 🌻🇺🇦 I love all your videos, thank you for sharing 👍

Very wise practices to share. I watch your videos because they are uplifting.
So glad to hear it!! :) Have a lovely rest of your weekend.
Yes, go to your happy place wherever that may be… Sometimes just a change of scenery changes your whole attitude…🌈🙏🏻✨🦋✨
Exactly :)
Aw that's so sweet of you to say, thank you Trixie!!! :) Have a wonderful day
Nice video! Thanks a lot for your advices🙏
Beautiful video! All ideas and tips work for me as well. Espcially #6, slowing down! works wonders:)
Aw thank you so much!! Happy this one popped up in your feed. I still remember when I made it because it was a fun one to film and edit :)
Thanks for this
You're very welcome Valerie :) Have a lovely day!
thanks for sharing this ❤❤❤ super relatable.
I love this ! ❤ I totally agree, becoming aware of the content we consume! It all affects our energy, everything we see and hear becomes what we think and speak..!
Exactly :) Thanks Erika, have a lovely day
Thank you so much for the encouragement. I was so overwhelmed and feeling less of myself today but after watching your video I feel much better 😊❤️
So happy you feel better! :) Take good care and have a lovely day
Two thumbs up. Thank you. I needed you today.
Sending you a hug! 🤗🌺
I LOVED your comment, thanks :) Have a lovely day!!
Agree!!
As usual this video is perfect & interesting. Thank you Vera so much.
So happy to hear it 🤗🌿
Hi Vera, another very helpful video, thank you :)
I understand what you mean by the slowing down when you're irritated. I'm glad that I am not the only one :)
Also - to your point of missing the bus not affecting anything in the big picture - have you seen the movie "sliding doors"? it's about a woman missing the train, and not missing it at the same time, there are two realitites going on, and in the one where she caught the train, she came home too soon and found her partner with a mistress. In the reality where she missed it, she came home after the mistress left and didn;t suspect a thing :)
Thank you for all your advice and tips. You are such a calm and inspiring person. I love your videos!
Thank you so much Kristi :) Have a great day!
Vera, I'm thankful for you, your efforts and love as you support our spirits and well-being. Please know that I send you blessings and think of you often- sending you support and encouragement in your struggles too. Hugs and smiles. DeAnn
That's so kind of you, thank you so much 🤗🌻🌷
I do my spiritual practice (especially mantra meditation) to keep a balance. It halps me feel joyful and confident
A much needed topic,thank you!
You're very welcome, have a lovely day
Sometimes when things go wrong, like you mentioned missing the bus, I tell myself that this will make a good story to share and it does help you see the humor in things. Or, it can be a way the Universe creates a different path for you.
Exactly :) Love that
When I need more inspiration, I agree with watching funny cat videos even if I have four cats and watching your videos soothes me when i feel down. Thank you so much for doing this video, it really helps a lot. I always look forward to your new videos just like today, I got so happy and in the mood that I saw this new video of yours!!
Aw thank you so much, I appreciate that :) Have a lovely day and give your cats a hug from me
♥️
So helpful and calming!!
Very good ideas. Very helpful
That's great to hear Lori :)
14:58 just slowing down that frenetic energy! The more you move in a panic (or rage, agitation etc) the more you feed the panic
What I like to do when I need positivitity at beginning of the day is watch your videos! You are right. The content you view directly influences your mood! ❤ your channel, Lisa
Aw thank you Lisa, that's great to hear 🤗🍃🌿
You are my bright spot! I'm so grateful for you and your channel ❤❤❤🎉😊
You are inspiring thank you for your encouragement. You are a beautiful person inside and out
Aw thank you Johanne, that's so sweet of you to say! :) Have a lovely day today
Thank you great video and tips as always.
So happy to hear it :) Have a great day!
