You know what's ironic about the first story? If Karen had instead decided to be friendly and show some basic courtesy, instead of going on some entitled power trip, OP probably would've let her use the yard with no complaint.
honestly that first story was pretty wild but I'm glad that things became more peaceful between OP and their neighbours

I love all the dad in The last story calls his own daughter ungrateful and says she's going to get her karma all while the dad who by the way is at least to me a deadbeat is also receiving his karma

For the duplex story…..am I the only one confused on how Susan can be asked to leave when her lease is up during COVID but Karen can’t be evicted?? 🤔 Seems to me if Mom can be kicked out at the end of her lease her daughter should be also. 🤷🏾♀️

I had a renter from hell too. This was pre Covid. It took me 6 months to get a court date (they had not paid rent for that 6 months). The judge told the renters that he was giving them an additional 90 days to vacate our property. The woman stood up and told the judge that It was her house and that not he, nor God could make them leave her house.
With that the judge stood up and said, Lady, you’ve got until 6am tomorrow morning to have your ass out of that house or I’ll send the Sheriffs to throw your shit out into the street! The judge then SLAMMED his mallet down.
They were gone by destroyed the interior of our house. Which was kind of ok bc we had bought the house to remodel it and flip it.
Reminds me of a video where a crazed neighbor made a neighborhood war with his next-door neighbor all because of a fence he said that a caution tape that HE PUT UP was the true border and then a lot more stuff
I live in a unit apart of 4 units and I feel very lucky I get along with all of the neighbours including those in the set of units over our back fence. When living in units with others work it's a great living experience
He could stay as long he doesn't fuck up the yard sell drugs and any other shit I can't think of that would be disturbing and disrespectful

I would 100% evict my own father ... and to those of you who would judge me please hear me out ... this man - child has acted like a total @$$ hole towards the family when he was evict from his home ... and showed how much he didn't care about his health or the fact that two of my sisters did not want him to move in with us just so he can leech the internet and cable off of us for free ... 2:02 you know what would've been fun? you don't say anything to her, so she can't say you complied, then when the birthday is happening, and you are sure all/most of the guests arrived you go into your backyard and either tell all of them "hey did you know this is our backyard and she did not have our permission" or start mowing the lawn out of spite, and when they tell you to get lost or whatever, you tell them it's your backyard and the karen's birthday party without permission was not going to spoil your plan of mowing the lawn that day so you can have time to rest on another day (even though you're only doing it out of spite)
For the last Story: I would evict my estranged Dad and his family too and then move into the house myself.
For the second story I would try to get a new place for my father (while getting rent from him) and sell the new home to him when I found it and give him the right amount of money so he would have a good life in that home
Why, he's just a parasite.
