As a fellow business owner who also sells ice cream and am looking to start shipping soon… thank you for this video sis! And yes, that’s packaging is to die for. So cute and I’m sure that cake didn’t last long in your freezer 😅

Hi, this must be a sign! I have been doing so much research on how to ship frozen unbaked pastries and have yet to find a video. I am so thankful for you showing how the package looks after you open it. I have a few questions:
1: was the shipping box damaged?
2: was there paper or something in the box with the dry ice?
I did a few test shipments and everyone received their boxes so damaged because once the dry ice evaporates the box is now as firm so when it's shipped it get damaged during transit. My dry ice was evaporating before it reached, base off videos I saw on how to pack with dry ice people wasn't even putting a lot of dry ice in the box. Thank you

Nothing was damaged. I recommend you check out my other video on how to ship perishable food because you may have issues with how you are actually packing the items. Also, overnight shipping is likely the best option.
