ingredients:
cooking oil (hot) - ½ cup
cocoa powder - 4tbsp
sugar - ½ cup
flower (maida) - 1 & ½ cup
baking powder - 1tsp
baking soda - ½ tsp
instant coffee - 1tsp
vanilla essence - 1tsp
warm water - 1cup
( baking tin 18cm)
topping with melted dark chocolate - 3tbsp
& some chocolate for decoration (optional)
Wants to bake in oven: preheated 170c - bake for 35 to 40 mins.
