Our today's recipe bakery style butter cake
Ingredients :
Maida - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 2 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
Egg - 4
powdered sugar - 2 cups
pineapple essence - 1 tsp
vanila essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup (250ml)
unsalted butter - 100 gm
8 inch baking mould
note
1 cup = 250 ml.
മൈദ - 2 കപ്പ്
ബേക്കിങ് പൗഡർ - 2 tsp
ഉപ്പ് - 1/4 tsp
മുട്ട - 4 എണ്ണം
പൊടിച്ച പഞ്ചസാര - 2 കപ്പ്
പൈനാപ്പിൾ എസ്സെൻസ് - 1 tsp
വാനില എസ്സെൻസ് - 1 tsp
പാൽ - 1 കപ്പ്
ഉപ്പില്ലാത്ത ബട്ടർ - 100 ജിഎം
