I cant thank you enough for this video. I have just bought a trunk lid and am going to do the same conversion and your explanation of swapping the wires around is perfect!
I’ve done most of these mods to my car. Started off with a basic SE spec pre lci 320d. I’ve changed the interior to leather m sport, changed alloys to 18 inch m sport, rear bumper, interior trim and few other small things. Wanna get a dual exhaust like you’ve done and do the front bumper too. Then I think I’ll be happy. But tbh if you’re into your bmw then you are never happy with it always wanna do more lol
Hello, I have a problem with the lights, the brake light stays plugged in, and the fog lights, could you also tell me what order the cables of the side lights are in to adjust?
I used a Carly Coding Adapter 2nd Generation, you can find details in my comment from myself or download the Carly app and it will direct you to a link
Omg.. i really want to do this conversion so bad.. but i dont know about the carly thing.. it would be very much appreciated if you could explain the carly thingy.. i mean how do you decode the signal error?
@@BIGHUS I just wish tail lights were a bit cheaper here in Serbia they are around 250euros. Although trunk is pretty cheap 100euros. But it seems like a really easy 2-3hour job which brings this car to life.
Still having issues with my setup. I'm having problems where the reverse light wouldn't stay on, now how I have it wired up the main bulb in the inner lights won't come up. I think they're suppose to come on when you apply the brakes.
Hi I got it from facebook market place mint condition as I don't think it's worth putting brand new lights. You can also check in Ebay. Hope this helps :) Love to my French fans✌
I have some questions: - If I do the wiring shown in the video will I still get error codes on my dash? - if yes, will an icarly adapter remove these? - also will an Icarly adapter remove flickering off my front lights (I have LEDs) Thinking of buying a Carly adapter. If it sorts out all the codes etc

I have a 318i lci with the halogen halo bulbs. What bulb do I need to make it look white? Also you should put bmw logo lights under the door. Nice vids
Nice, i've already got the BMW lights installed under the door but think I need new ones as they are abit faded. Thanks for the support. I've got HIDs at the moment but I used to have H7 Diamond White bulbs and they were the closest to HIDs so i'd reccomend those

Appreciate that G. Respect 👊
Looks much fresher. I’m going to do this to my e90, the boot lid is rusty so may as well freshen up the rear … thanks!
All the best! Thanks man
Once you do the coding, if a bulb goes bad you wont have an alert on dash, will you?
I no you used I Carly How did you code out the light and slow the indicator thanks
Hello, I have a problem with the lights, the brake light stays plugged in, and the fog lights, could you also tell me what order the cables of the side lights are in to adjust?
I would just experiment with the wires until it works properly like the video shows buddy
What about the lock? How did you manage a backup system to open the trunk in case the lock fails
Bro could you share the link for the adapter your using to solve the fast flashing indicators plz

Where did you get your window visors(wind defectors) been looking for some too 👀
Found these on Ebay by the branding iSpeed
so you can use your priviest wiring? all you gotta do is swap the pin wiring?
Yes just swap them about. No need for any adapters or replacement of harness etc

No, brake lights are only on the main tail lights not the inner tail lights so I'm not sure what you are meaning.
