Agreed. His previous video of this game sounded equally poor, but for example Skill Up and IGN's videos sound good. I can only assume that the issue is on Jack's end, probably either from the capture or editing.
Audio in their recent games have been awful aswell tho, Valhalla and Origins for example but even their newer games but for some reason so few people notice.

So this may be a rip-off of a rip-off kind of thing, but this game was a mission in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. It was a speeder time race. Looked just like this. So sure, could be inspired by that. But like, kind of wish they had a more direct nod to it.
