A game without SBMM shouldn't have disbanding lobbies. You say there are a lot of casuals, but there really aren't, at least in my region. So they really need to let me at least stay in a chill lobby once I finally find one. If all I'm granted is one fun match per day and then the game is like: "now go fuck yourself and be a good easy target!" I ain't staying lol. Ya'll can gaslight me all day screaming "Skill Issue", but I really don't care. It is MY free time and it does NOT belong to you sweat lords!
At least with team balancing you can actually get good enough to be better than most enemy teams, with EOMM you win one match and 6 clones of Futives are spawned on the enemy team because the matches are rigged
You know what my biggest gripe is, having the ability to create a custom button layout in the game. Yeah, that's it, that would be awesome. Hit reg is whatever, mine is excessive but I still like the game and I'll continue to play. New gamers are too needy. They'd have lost their minds in the early 90s.

They were warned about the bunny hopping and one shot body/foot/arm shots by snipers. They didnt listen but the dev told us if we didnt like it we could move on. So we did...so enjoy the bunny hopping sniper wars.
For all of call of dutys faults, the last few games have launched with more than double the content on release than xdefiant, and that is an issue for this game

I personally don't have many issues with net code or hit reg in this game. I will die beyond a wall occasionally but this game does have bullet penetration so.... idk man. My bullets register just fine on people. If anything, I think things are sometimes a bit delayed. Sometimes I feel like I should be trading out with someone but I end up dying and my shotgun shot or sniper shot doesn't do any damage to the other player even though the shot went off on my screen before I died. None of this is often enough to ruin my enjoyment of the game. I absolutely love this game.
There is no team balancing, there is backpacking. And the maps are too small, it's kill and die, kill and die, kill and die! Teams running right next to each other, map too small to be enjoyed and win gun fights and keep the streak going. Don't like that and I uninstalled, until throngs get better.
Get better i frequently go on 5 plus kill streaks every 20 or so games i run out of ammo in my gun and the gun i pickup (roughly 15+ kills) try escort or zone control if you want larger maps
Dude every time I get on I get a message saying “im banned from matchmaking.” I haven’t played in 2 days and I got on today same message. 😂 I had to restart my Xbox series X and relaunch the game then it finally let me get in a match. A new broken factor to the game. Every day it’s something new broke in this slot machine. The game isn’t improving mark we need significant improvements

The net code and hit registration issues are beyond frustrating and the team balancing in lobbies is ridiculous. Ranked is still unplayable. Especially with games like black ops six, Delta force and others releasing soon. On the topic of SBMM, maybe they should start implementing a mild or casual level of matchmaking. Yup i did stop playing xdef mostly cuz of net coding and hit reg. Maybe with you its not that bad for others it is. Not sure ive had conversations with a bunch of players and the hit reg and net coding varies not sure why it happens. The core of the game is fun it's just lacking content and incentive to come back day in and day out. More guns, more maps, more gamemodes, prestige mode, game chat, lobbies stay together, more earnable skins and camos, better ranked experience, fun challenges, more attachments This games definitely a slow cooker, numbers may be low now, but I can definitely see it completely turning around a years worth of content later

Patch culture has destroyed so many promising titles. This ship it out and fix it later approach just does not work 90% of the time. Xdefiant needed another year in the oven with a few beta tests to have gotten feedback on abilities like Intel Suit.

SBMM isn't the issue, i saw some comments about that. Problem for me is exp netcode etc and CTF im ranked.. i would say CTF would been fun if abilities didnt exist. But since this game is about abilities it becomes a shit fest to take flag. If we compare to halo, halo ctf is very good because it has more open maps, u can on some see across the map and it dont have abilities that make it hard to take flag. If having crossplay off on xbox u wont get a ranked match thats how dead the game is... It take ages for a ranked match thats how dead ranked is.. and if u meet mouse player with crossplay on and are above Gold rank, its like 1 of 5 mouse player is a cheater... Aimbot.. wallhacker. 👍🏻

Literally this game brought the old squad back together. We're old now, we started on Cod 4 and Halo 3 and played everyday and had fun. SBMM ruined gaming nights for us, we're married, we have kids, we have jobs, etc. We don't have the time to play for hours and hours like we used to. This game actually got the whole squad again where all of us of varying skill level can run a 5 or 6 man squad like the old days.

I’m usually carrying most lobbies I get put into, like more often than CoD, I prefer the sniping in Xdefiant so I naturally use snipers. Honestly I don’t always like to carry but damn how do I carry just sniping alone, I personally don’t think I’m that good but I wouldn’t mind being carried sometimes 😕
Xdefaint would be a good game released 15 years ago. The graphics, gameplay are not up to the 2024 standard the games graphics,ui, customization, etc are all a joke and if they used the rainbow 6 seige engine would have been better cuz the game looks like a trash outdated mod

It helps a lot too saving double xp tokens till double xp weekend for quad xp. Can boost a pretty good amount of levels if doing so

AFK players at the start of the round are the single most annoying thing for me. Followed by how easy it is to run around with a sniper rife.
Snipers are so good its the only thing I use. L11 is my baby

For me the special abilities and bunny hopping are what's killing the game. Not the netcode or lack of content.

I got it a few days back and did fill out the survey, it was quite extensive took me about 15 minutes to fill.
Man the haters need to back off this game the developers are working hard and the game is better than any cod within past ten years
Lets be honest when Delta Force drops this game is gonna fade into the wind like The Finals sad to say..i enjoyed that game but the lack of content..lack of better game modes..and just lack of anything to get people excited buried it nobody in this current generation is waiting a year for a dev team to fix a game when it should have released FIXED! smh

Patch culture has destroyed so many promising titles. This ship it out and fix it later approach just does not work 90% of the time.
Xdefiant needed another year in the oven with a few beta tests to have gotten feedback on abilities like Intel Suit.
you and blame truth hype this game up to its slow death , the player numbers will continue to drop once Blop 6 , 2K25 , Madden 25 , and GTA 6 drop the game lacks content and the netcode issues probably didn’t affect you as much but it was enough to sway a majority of day one players away along with you not really having to much to grind for besides weapon levels

Problem for me is exp netcode etc and CTF im ranked.. i would say CTF would been fun if abilities didnt exist. But since this game is about abilities it becomes a shit fest to take flag. If we compare to halo, halo ctf is very good because it has more open maps, u can on some see across the map and it dont have abilities that make it hard to take flag.
If having crossplay off on xbox u wont get a ranked match thats how dead the game is... It take ages for a ranked match thats how dead ranked is.. and if u meet mouse player with crossplay on and are above Gold rank, its like 1 of 5 mouse player is a cheater... Aimbot.. wallhacker. 👍🏻

I knew this game was gonna have issues with people dropping like flies. Not even because of the net code, but because this game is honestly just recycled assets and stale as hell.

I got into a debate yesterday with a fool on X who said the Netcode is not better and is worse than it was in the Beta… It’s crazy how many still don’t know it’s a different Netcode and not all that old! Literally this game brought the old squad back together. We're old now, we started on Cod 4 and Halo 3 and played everyday and had fun. SBMM ruined gaming nights for us, we're married, we have kids, we have jobs, etc. We don't have the time to play for hours and hours like we used to. This game actually got the whole squad again where all of us of varying skill level can run a 5 or 6 man squad like the old days.

I’m usually carrying most lobbies I get put into, like more often than CoD, I prefer the sniping in Xdefiant so I naturally use snipers. Honestly I don’t always like to carry but damn how do I carry just sniping alone, I personally don’t think I’m that good but I wouldn’t mind being carried sometimes 😕

Xdefaint would be a good game released 15 years ago. The graphics, gameplay are not up to the 2024 standard the games graphics,ui, customization, etc are all a joke and if they used the rainbow 6 seige engine would have been better cuz the game looks like a trash outdated mod
