These kind of videos are really good Nick. Gives one a systematic way of altering one's swing in a structured way. I've started practicing more without the ball as you suggest.
I S&T with irons and love it, but I’ve never been able to transform it to my driver. I use a normal swing for my driver and am pretty consistent with it. S&T has made my irons much more consistent. Both CAN work👍
Very interesting video. The hardest part for me teaching way back in the day was to get people to understand that the reason(s) for poor ball flight most likely was not what they thought or felt. And that it sometimes took a lot of time and effort to fix the root cause. Anyway, keep up the great work! Thanks!
Hi Jimmy, no specific video but Stack and Tilt does prevent lower back pain. One of my student has scoliosis and she said that S&T golf in general does not worsen her usual lower back chronic pain…
Nick, great video. I really like the S & T system, but need to find an instructor who teaches it in Southern California, in the South Bay area (Redondo Beach or close by). Know anyone? Can't seem to find one....
HI Nick, is the stack and tilt system a one plane swing ? also do you recommend to keep connection with your arm pits to your chest to keep you arms and chest moving together ? thanks Nick
@@NickTaylorGolf Hi Nick, ok so if the stack and tilt focus on swinging the club more around you and getting more depth in the back swing so would that make it a bit difficult the shallow the club shaft as the club is quite flat already in the back swing? Thanks
I have been fighting a slice and it appears that stack and tilt eliminates the out to in I have. Today is only the first day but it appears that I don't slice with stack and tilt. I pivot with my left foot on wedge shots anyway.

Thanks, keep up the practice

I would suggest making the journey to see Ayumi Hori, she’s one of the best

No it’s not a one plane swing, but yes I recommend keeping the connection between the arms and chest throughout the swing

Awesome
Okay !
I didn"t know golf tec taught S&T
GOLFTEC doesn’t teach ‘S&T’ but there are a number of S&T instructors that work at GOLFTEC around the world
These positions look rather painful and unnatural..
It’s what the tour players do, if it was easy everyone would be a scratch golfer
