@@mattygroves21478The comments are not wrong though. It seems like Muslims migrating from Muslim countries are not integrating. Nearly a quarter (23%) supported the introduction of sharia law in some areas of Britain, and 39% agreed that “wives should always obey their husbands”, compared with 5% of the country as a whole. Also, 50% believe homosexuality should be illegal. Clearly, values are directly contradictory to many British values but also European values too

@@ecnalms851 I'm not religious but I know that supporting Sharia law does not necessarily (and likely doesn't for most) mean that a person wants to replace Common Law with Sharia Law. If Christians were asked if they "support the Ten Commandments", and the wider teachings of personal practice by Jesus, you surely wouldn't automatically think they want to replace Common Law with their system? Futher to that, most Jews likely "support" the Halachah, but yet Israelis still follow Common Law. Just like Sharia, Halachah is a personal choice code of ethics that is followed optionally by Jews living in secular socities. We of course run into problems with religious laws when applied as an intrinsic part of Common Law within theocracies, which as you know, Britain isn't.
Just consider now whether more than 23% of Christians "support" their religious laws.

Most people in Europe aren't that bothered by immigrants from other European countries - they're worried about the vast numbers of single, fighting age men from Africa, the middle east and south Asia that are flooding in, usually unskilled and often with little intention of either working or integrating.

Eitherway, even if you think of us as better immigrants, under that guy's plan we'd both lose the right to live in the Netherlands, which is something I was considering.

I try to remain polite. If you have learned so much about modern history, it should be possible to understand basic economic contexts. High-quality migration can be a blessing, migration into the social systems we have at the moment leads to the abyss. You could even ask yourself whether migration is not a modern form of colonialism when young, well-educated people from a country are simply bought off. We buy our doctors from Germany, Germany buys its doctors from Poland and Poland buys its doctors from Ukraine. Where should Ukraine buy its doctors from? On top of that, there are your green dreams. The totally undemocratic EU and its stooge Mark Rutte have really annoyed the farmers in the Netherlands.

So are you a migrant or an immigrant? As a migrant you enter a country legally and are there for work. As an immigrant you have achieved Dutch citizenship. Refugee status is a completely different thing but has been used as a loophole to enter Europe, mainly due in part to Mrs Merkel. The election of Wilders is reactionary because of EU policy and the pressures illegal migration (no paperwork). It will be difficult for Wilders to achieve anything but one thing is clear, the voters are sick to death with being taken for a ride by the EU and Wilders has expressed just how much people are not prepared to be so tolerant in the future. Holland has one of the densest populations per square kilometre in Europe why should they be made to be more uncomfortable in their own country at the expense of others?

    • @neo-babylon7872
      @neo-babylon7872 11 месяцев назад

Every leader has advisors and information on the country that they will act according to. Meloni is leaps and bounds more civil than Wilders but still she didn't carry out some of her promises because she weighed the consequences according to the information she got as president. However, fascists embolden one another and normalize fascist policies. Brexit normalized Nexist and it never stops there. Meloni getting elected normalized Wilders getting elected and then their policies will help out one another to make their countries more and more backward.
Also, Meloni is right/far-right and conservatives are under the umbrella of right, so some conservative policies make sense because the far-right is not as established to be opinionated and supported on all issues. Take healthcare for example, far-right will not privatize all hospitals to stand out from the rest just because they're far-right.

Imo, we all love the land where we are born, but let's be honest about who holds most of the power as of now: the west. And this power seems to be uncontrollable: countless foreign wars, exploitation of foreign resources, rising poverty in europe, rich getting richer, etc. Western citizens must rise up against this, their corrupt governments, and let other countries exist in their own ways, and leave behind the idea that they are the center of the world. And for sure, the ex-colonies will demand reparations and stuff, and who must pay them is quite clear: the giant companies that benefited from that, not the average eruopean, that probably just received meager benefits compared to all the riches that the capitalist oligarchs acquired. Now, you may think that revolutions don't work since despite all of those that took place in third world countries have not succeded in improving them, but it's western governments that intervene to protect their "interests" there, bringing sanctions, more war and suffering on to the peoples of the global south.

You start off by telling us how well educated you are and then go on to say say two things that demonstrate total ignorance. You strongly imply that Brexit was the result of some far-right ideology. It was not. Unlike almost every country in Europe, including the one where you were born and the one where you now live, the far right in the UK is tiny. A white nationalist party in the UK has never gained more than 1.9% of the vote. If there is a growing far-right in the UK, I'm afraid it is in the UK's Muslim community. Several extensive government and independent social attitude surveys indicate that up to half of the UK's Muslim community of four million, hold views that would normally be defined as fascist if they were held by a white Briton. Secondly, you state that the UK has fallen from being the 4th largest economy in the world to being 6th and that this was directly due to Brexit. That has absolutely nothing to do with Brexit. In 2016, the UK had already fallen to 5th and was well on the way to becoming 6th. This was because of the rise of first China and then India. Had the UK remained in the EU this would still have happened, just as it is very likely it will fall to 7th behind Brazil, not because the UK economy is getting smaller, but because Brazil's is getting bigger. In fact many Brits voted to leave the EU because of this relative decline in the belief that the EU was holding the economy back. Now, that belief may well have been wrong, but it offers a better explanation of why so many Brits wanted to leave the EU rather than the 'far-right' conspiracy ravings of so many Europhiles. You did not mention that the value of the UK's trade with the EU has increased in value since 2016. Now it could be argued that this value would be greater if the UK had stayed in the EU, however it is dishonest of may pro-EU commentators to suggest that the value of the UK's trade has fallen; it has not. And while what you said about small business finding it harder to expand into Europe is true, it ignores the fact that over 90% of small businesses in the UK did not do any trade with the EU before Brexit and most had no plans to do so in future. I’m also not sure what the relative sizes of the Dutch and British empires of 100 years ago has to do with anything!

I think it's important not to make emotional decisions and think about the long-term consequences like you said. I cannot comment on the climate policy and EU referendum like you mentioned. Good points, but as far as migration, you skipped past the important issues and said nothing that could not be summed up as "common knowledge."
There is no way Wilders can completely stop immigration and it is not something any politician wants to do. I think Wilders is clear that there are certain migrants that are not welcome in Western society - the ones who do not respect democratic values. We all know who those people are, and as an immigrant living in Sweden, we feel it here probably more than most other countries in the West.
Here in Sweden on October 7th, migrants from these anti-democratic countries raised Palestinian flags and even celebrated. We have hundreds of thousands of those types residing among us and they have the right to express their religion, but not to usurp our values. It's people who are naive enough to think they can integrate perfectly into Western society that create the problems that are destroying society today.
These migrants exist all over Europe and at least in Sweden, have not contributed meaningfully to the workforce. To the contrary, Sweden was richer relative to other countries ten years ago and has called behind its Nordic neighbors over the years. If Sweden had instead accepted hundreds of thousands of countries from Western nations, it would have been much richer. There are studies showing that not all immigrants contribute equally to their new country's economy, and Western countries, like the US, produce better immigrants.

50 % of refugees in Sweden have a job after a decade living there. They still need welfare for housing/Healthcare. The other 50% live on welfare permanently. The politicians lie to the public by calling refugees immmigrants. Western countries need university educated immigrants like yourself to work in high paying jobs. If a refugee had degree, every country in the world would want them via legal immigration.
The Politicians and media conflate refugees and immigration in all western countries. If you open your mouth about refugees your socialist friends will talk about their medical consultant neighbour from Iran. when you point out he was hired legally from abroad and was never a refugee they don't want to know.

1 Migration is different from immigration (see the Oxford English Dictionary).
2 Ponzi Schemes never work. This also applies to demographic Ponzi Schemes. We *love*, in the UK, not being in the EU. Any problems we have, are caused by our Civil Service working against Brexit - ie what the electorate voted for - and so we have not broken from the EU properly.
3 Have you read the Qur'an? Try to be led through it by an ex-Muslim who has read it thoroughly in the original classical Arabic. There are quite a lot of these people around, but they keep a low profile for obvious reasons. I understand that translations of the Qur'an into European languages are often Bowdlerised (censored and sanitised).

the same "movements" are very present in most EU countries. i mean there are some EU countries which are so inherently racist in their core structure, like Germany, that you begin to understand where all the Nazis went after WW2 endet...they were like my grandfather: suddenly all "never knew Nazis" or my favorite: "i was against the Nazis". It's kinda hard to see at first glance, but i've lived in germany now 40 years and it's just brutal how basic and engrained the thought of racial bias is. when people like Wilders talk about muslims, it's also not the religion; they mean brown and black people, PoC of any kind. doesn't matter if they are atheist or religios. it's just code. i would worry less about were the Netherlands are headed, it's just to small, worry more about the big EU countries. Some of the things happening in germany alone can be seen as the start of a new Pogrom. Don't get my wrong: i'm a dedicated atheist and can't take any religion serious...but it just ain't about religion, no matter what they say: it's about race. nevermind the ethical and moral problems here: it's just a losing strategy all around, which history has proven time and time again...and is proving again right now. Economicaly all out western countries apart from the US are pretty much on a path to the cliff and frankly i don't see no attemp to stop the car.

Europe is a white continent. It is the ancestral home of the white race. We have the right to decide who come to our continent. Just like other races have the right who decide who goes to their countries. Europeans were never asked if they wanted millions of undocumented, illegals immigrants flooding their countries.

My 2 cents, because the comment section was open:
    1. As pretty as it sounds, multiculturalism always fails. Period. ( if the culture is a distant one)
    2. The dutch are the nicest people I have seen, probably the majority will agree.
    3. As an immigrant in Europe, I have mingled with quiet a few fellow immigrants and refugees. It scares the shit out of me, how low they think of white people (especially the women) in general.
    4. If I had a daughter in this environment, I would be shit scared.
    5. Most of Europe (and NL) is capitalist ( being one myself), thus they wanted cheap labor to tackle alarming the fertility rate.
    6. Japan, a country who needs the most immigrants, decided to earn less and let the economy suffer, but retain its culture. Probably Europe should follow the same.
    Thank You.

You're worried for the Dutch people? They elected this leader so obviously they have some concerns about how their country is evolving that Geert Wilders is addressing. You might be ignorant of those concerns, either because you're indoctrinated, young/naive or simply dishonest - either way ask yourself what might have driven the Dutch people to elect this man.

The Netherlands is a coalition country for more than a century. Geert Wilders' PVV has 37 members in parliament (of 150), so he needs 39 votes more for a majority. The parties which can help him get this majority, are all apposed for a nexit, koran ban or whatever silly election proposals. And even if he should find a majority in the 'tweede kamer' (house of commons) for whatever "plan" of his, it wouldn't pass the 'eerste kamer' (house of lords) . To get a law passed you need a majority in both chambers, The reason the PVV got most votes is that people where fed up with the former political elite, who were getting used to playing political games and just framing issues without solving issues (immigration, nitrogen deposits, housing crisis). Economically, the Netherlands is (just like Belgium) a province of Germany. A brexit-like scenario will never happen without Germany, or in other words: with the end of the EU and €. First, let's see if he can even form a coalition, which will be difficult enough in itself.

People like yourself, working EU citizens are not the major problem. The uk didn’t crash because of brexit ( nothing basically changed , immigration wise, it got worse) it had very bad for many years before we even got to brexit. The low birth rate and older age issue will not be solved by flooding people into the country to take more tax payer money. These issues can only be solved with a massive change societally.which means at least trying to vote in a party that will try to make radical changes

Part of the problem, for the UK with the EU was the immigration situation. Granted, at the time that the UK was talking Brexit, the Syrian civil war had created a huge immigration problem for the EU. But the rise of many European right wing parties also had beginnings because of the Syrian civil war.

  • @elmatador8971
    @elmatador8971 11 месяцев назад +2

Probably you are missing the main point. What you are calling “far right” is the result of the European “lefties” options.
Probably migration is NOT a solution… The solution is having more conditions to grow the European population… NOT “outsourcing” it with “population replacement” with alien individuals that don`t even share the same values… Beside, EU needs a consistent borders policy all around the EU. Borders exist for a reason and political correctness stupidity is just making things worst! And… most of all, think about this: the Netherlands “far-right” government was ELECTED so, unless you can prove that those elections were fraudulent… That was what the Dutch people decided that was best for them! And no… the so-called intellectual politicians are not more “enlightened” than the average Dutch (and the same goes for every other European country)! And the Dutch citizen’s decision is exactly what you’re going to see all over Europe. “History Doesn't Repeat Itself, but It Often Rhymes”
You said that you were an immigrant yourself… Well, as long as you abide by the rules of your hosting country… good for you… good for everybody! But, not all things are created equal… Look at what the “imports of government subsidies dependents” from other parts of the world (aka free voters but under taxpayers liabilities) have become in several parts of Europe *UK, France, Germany, etc.…). And being able to integrate (legal) migrants should mean that either you do the effort to adapt to the local culture or… feel free to go somewhere else! And no wonder they think like that! Just look around the world to understand that the ethical values (the “European values” you mentioned) you take for granted as the “norm”… are NOT in most of the planet! You are from Hungary and living elsewhere in Europe… So you mainly share the same “values”! The “wild migration you have seen all over Europe is NOT exactly the same thing! Probably you are comparing 2 very different “beasts”… And if you have any doubt about it… Travel the world and you`d be very surprised! And forcing the mixture is NOT producing that. Migration again, is NOT the solution… is just an awful “band-aid”! And yes… politicians ride the wave!!! Far right or far left! But, probably we are missing the main point! Look at the causes and not only to the effect!
In regards to the delusion of thinking that one can “delegate” the production of younger generations to the “outside world”, has its drawbacks!!! Old Maggie and Reagan tried to do that with the economy when they decided to outsource production to China, and the result was that after a while… even the Chinese didn`t want to be Chinese anymore (and you saw a massive transfer of resources from the west to the East). That's just an example but again… if you feel that, for instance, the Chinese “values” and yours are exactly the same thing… try moving there... And then tell us more! ;)

Europe's problem is not with European immigrants and certainly not with your case, since you are a citizen of the European Union.
