- The party of far-right populist Geert Wilders is set to emerge as the largest force after elections in the Netherlands. Early results point to the Freedom Party winning 35 of the 150 seats in parliament. Many other parties have ruled out working with Wilders and his party.

Every European Country need a Geert Wilders especially the UK.
It's called Democracy
democracy doesn't exist if it did your country would be voting on immigrant intake.
And Geert is trying to get rid of Democracy, by removing constitutional antidiscrimination laws that protect all people from exclusion, abuse and violence because of their identity, beliefs or economic status. These laws protect ALL people from facists like Geert who now gets to decide what happens to them instead of lawyers... What a (party of) freedom...
The dutch people have spoken!😊 change is coming!
He is NOT far right, he just has common sense and loves his country and the Dutch culture. As any politician should. They should FIRST AND FOREMOST love their country and take care of their own people. He also understands how incredibly dumb it is to let in people from a largely antagonistic culture (saying it mildly)
He should've won earlier it took way too long for the right guy to win.
Happy days 😂 🇳🇱
@@muttley5958 🧡🧡🧡❤🤍💙
The media labels people 'far right', hoping it will stop you voting for them, by presenting them as far right they are trying to shame people into not backing that candidate, basically calling you a bigot if you support them.
I don't see anything wrong with a politician putting his country and its citizens first, when did that become a negative thing to do? Thank God parts of Europe are waking up, Eastern Europe has unashamedly protected its borders and citizens. Congratulations Holland, hopefully here in Britain we'll start using our brains and follow our Dutch brothers and sisters.
Congratulations from Denmark.

Well done Holland from Britain

We can only hope ….
Congratulations to the good Dutch people. Never to late for (positive) change! 😉👍🏻💯✅
Cannot take anyone seriously who still says that these types of results are surprising
I agree with you. But they say it is surprising is because it didn't show in the polls like this. The polls are said to often be off by about 2 seats, in this case they were almost off the mark by 20 seats.
@@thotmorgana Probably because people will claim they're voting for a different party when asked
@chocoboasylum Wilders also said it was surprising.
It's only surprising to the indoctrinated left. They seem to think that everything is tickity boo, when nations are falling apart because of their horrible policies and ideology. It's bizarre how they feel they are completely unaccountable for the chaos they've created.
It isn’t a surprising result when you have been giving free housing, health and education to asylum seekers for many many years. While people who were born and raised in the Netherlands and paid taxes half of their life, need to wait 20 years for social housing.
But this is not the only reason. It is also the hate against our farmers, the woke-hysteria and basically a refuse from the previous parties to listen to the concerns of their own citizens.
You are 100% correct. The whole problem with Islamists trying to undermine our culture was caused by woke-hysteria as you so aptly put it
Blaming immigrants for the housing crisis won't work. We need to build more, not limit those who end up working and studying here. As for asylum seekers who make up roughly 11% of the immigrants, saying that they should've just gone to another EU country isn't going to work at an EU level. It doesn't solve anything, it just moves the problems and fragments the EU at a time where working together on these issues is the only long term solution.
Thinking that the shortage of housing depends by immigrants means you have 0 understanding of how markets rules works
And why is the housing crisis blamed on "left-wing politics" and immigrants when Rutte was in government for the past decade? They slept through it, now they needed a scapegoat. We've seen in the UK how well intrumentalizing immigration for cynical power games has worked out. Instead, we Europeans vote parties into office that undermine the European project and only benefit our enemies like Russia and Iran.
@@marvinparadroid So you are denying that migration is partially responsible for the housing crisis? What a dunce.

1:32 Wilders wins a democratic election. Mainstream Media: "Voters worried about Wilders"🤣🤣
He got the highest percentage. 23,5% is by far a minority compared to the rest of voters. Winning an election does not mean that an entire country stands behind you in the netherlands. So yes. At least 33.5% of voters voted for a left wing party if I calculated correctly. So about a third of the voters are very worried. And then there are also the more moderate right wing parties, who have very much dreaded an outcome that moves further to the right. And sees a party that seeks to destroy at least part of the democracy, as per their own plans, as very worrying. This is a sad, sad day for the Netherlands.
@@theeaglesshadow449 You are very right about this. But parties like NSC, BBB, VVD, FvD and Ja21 all have anti immigration policies too. It's a common misconception to call Geert Wilders far-right, while pretty much the only far right standpoints of his party are on immigration and islamification.
Most of the party program consists of conservative, but central to left wing standpoints, concerning the housing, healthcare and overall cost of living. This year's campaign was mainly focused on last mentioned issues, which gave him a ton of votes even from people who don't fully agree with his thoughts on immigration.
for years he is warning about the danger. I am happy to see he won! This is great news. And he is not a populist. He is a great man

DW should, at the very least, pretend to be unbiased. Well done Netherlands.
That you disagree with their coverage could also just mean that you are biased. But I am wondering what you considered to be biased here. The fact that about half the seats went to parties unwilling to work with the PVV, thus explaining the voter worry? Or the fact that in the Netherlands the PVV is considered a far right party, albeit not the farthest right party we have? Or maybe the fact that he is a populist and has been for the last 18 years?
@@theeaglesshadow449 You're literally wrong with every single thing you're falsely claiming. First of all "far right" is just some retarded divisionist label the MSM and radical leftists give to the PVV, in reality his party points are identical to those of the Socialist Party in almost every way except immigration, so much for your "far right" claims.
Not to mention that exactly 100 out of 150 seats went to right wing/anti-immigration parties, and not a single one has explicitly stated they would not rule with/under Wilders. In fact both the VVD, NSC and BBB all said they're open to discussion with Wilders since the election results came out, and they together have nearly 60% of all seats (88 to be exact).

There are no strong far left political parties in Europe.
