@@bobgoran now it is. They did a massive rearranging of damage to focus on units while reducing max damage to buildings substantially. Since this change I think that it is best used for its utility to control a major battle. Kill a bunch of units and knock out some buildings, but also, now the enemy army is completely out of place and you have a wide open push into an undefended area with damaged buildings.
@@anomie3299 This change was a huge nerf to Fu Xi. Units are easy to deal with, but siege is a problem for china. Or late game in general is a problem with bad heros, hard to get siege, no heoric GP to push with, no tanky units or useful myth units. So even if you get a lot of unit kills with Great Flood it is hard to follow it up. The Old Great Flood was a lot more useful.

Because Leto has an upgrade so your units has a better pierce armor and it's really strong vs civs/gods that plays a lot around pierce damage :)

@@bobgoran I don't disagree at all. Fu xi lost a lot with that nerf. Need another balance patch to make chinese viable but not OP.
