Actually there is no limit to the number of dominoes, you can just add more projects to the aorta (the lifeline that interconnects and bypasses the project). It is nice to see so many projects succeed and topple though. What i think is more important than the number of dominoes, in the end, is the ingenuity and creativity used inside the projects. And those were outstanding here, although i missed some Lily specific things like sonimod e.d. (perhaps they were present but i'll have some rewinds of this video since at first and only glance there is just to much to see).
@@agervenI agree with you! I don't care how many dominos there are. I love to see how these artists are able to create images from the dominos, and I love their original ideas. I have to admit I also like the sound of the dominos falling. I like the sound marble runs make, too. Usually I can't stand anything ASMR, but I guess percussion sounds are the exception to the rule. 😊
Back in the days there was a program on the Dutch television where they wanted to break the world record with over 4 million stones. Every year/2 years they had a different thema. If u like this video, u should check that out! It’s called Domino Day

Wow, i have seen many, many toppling from Lily but also way past from the Dutch and European contests. But i can surely say that i have never yet seen anything like this. Hat off for all you builders, for your detail, ingenuity, preparation, timing, and all surprises during the toppling. Never thought i'd live to witness anything like this ...
Such a beautiful and complex creation of dominos! I cannot imagine how much time and effort went into the invention of the artistry and the setting up of the tiles. I always feel just a hint of sadness when it all comes down. Really good work!

The stops were unfortunate, but it made me wonder if a dude in the rafters with a pellet gun and a good scope would be poor form in the domino community. It also made me wonder about energy, and the second law of thermodynamics. This is basically a gravity engine, right? One little tap at the start couldn't overcome all that inertia otherwise.
What an amazing feat! I thought the use of mousetraps to trigger structures was very cool. That duck pond breaks my heart a little every time I watch it.

Where did these college students guessing come up with all these different colored dominos ? This was really Insane ! Where was this show shot ? U.S.A or other Lands, Countries .? What is the reality to all this ? Competition or to get in The World Book of Guiness World Records ?
I would like to see all teams come together for the sltamam setup of all time, never to b we broken, by super large setup outside in the Rose Bowl football stadium.. with 50 million... can all these teams get together to pull off something of a mega size of up to 50m ?
But then again it is so beautiful that this build is not a perfect world ... Everything is designed by humans, created and setup by humans individually. An awesome achievement with (little) room for error.
I'm gobsmacked! The Art, the time, effort of assembly, design is amazing. Wow, just wow! The bits that didn't trigger were still great art to me. Amazing!
