I remember Jim Lee had a 2 book maximum signing at the Geppi's in my area when "Heroes Reborn" came out. I think that was around '95? I wish I would've gotten something different signed
Did they have another 2 part story with Wolverine and the Punisher? Or did this book have another cover? I have a 2 part story of them in "War Journal", don't think it's this though
I don't know, Danny. It'd make sense for another crossover between them. I believe the next time they met after this two-parter was the Ghost Rider special Hearts of Darkness, which I reviewed at Halloween.
@@comicsbazaar4508 no they were in a jungle just like this one looks to be heading. I wish I'd read it. I have so many books that I never even read. I was addicted to buying comics 😆
Oh yes i remember This one. The Punisher War Journal & war Zone. Fantastic comic book review
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed revisiting it!
I was wondering when yoou were gonna hit the Jim Lee Punisher series! So much progress and a lot of dofferent inking styles
You're not wrong, Daniel. I aim to review all of Jim Lee's series from 1987 to WildCATs #50.

Great presentation!
Thanks very much!
Damn. I started buying War Journal about 10 issues after this, but didn’t know about this crossover
You must have started reading at the very tail end of Lee's run.
@@comicsbazaar4508 yeah, but Lee’s Punisher really made an impression on me. That Hawaii issue with the Jet Ski cover - awesome!
@@disconnected22 I have those issues too. And yes, that's a great cover.
The inks on some of the interiors are not great, though.
I haven't read my punisher war journal issues in years, i just recently bought a mint no.1 for 50p.🙂🙂🙂
That's a bargain!
