During the pandemic they released an album called “At Home”. It was recorded entirely at their own homes separately on Zoom then sent to the studio to be put together….songs include… Blinding Lights, Home, When the Party’s Over, Break My Heart, Dreams.
TX a million. Also say 1 of my favorites but I discovered long ago that every Pentatonix song is a favorite. You are appreciated. From a absolute Pentaholic. Greetings from South Africa
It's obvious you really liked this cover. It's a great song and such a peppy bop... and as usual, PTX did it more than justice. It can't have been easy to rehearse and record songs like this when you're shut in at home...but they did it with a whole album of songs and more!!
there was a group (A-ha) in the 1980's that had one big hit, "Take on Me." There is something about the way this video sounds that reminds me of that style. I really love it!
Thank you Ann, I even looked into the song you mentioned and I think get what you're talking about. I think "Take on Me" could have inspired the instrument of Blinding Lights, as well as PTX's visuals for the song...
@@thequickchannel5000 , PTX did do a cover of Take On Me. Mitch is lead singer in it. It really shows his vocal range. There is a lyrics only video of it.
Great reaction to one of my favourite Pentatonix covers. Harmonies, rhythm and fun. Then there's the vocals! Speaking of harmonies, try Forestella's unique cover of Bad Romance.
Great reaction. I feel like dancing too!

They did this cover during Covid, so they were each filming their own part from their individual homes.
