Hello Miss Apple. I just took my initial interview and when I copied and paste the link which includes the youtube tips, followup and survey I was not so sure if they gave me a link for the CBPA link or should I wait for 2 days for them to contact me?
I finished taking the test, but I got an email with the subject "CYBERBACKER APPLICATION STATUS", this is the email that I normally got when I failed my previous initial interviews. So I don't know if this was an email sent to me by mistake. I was very confident that I took the exam very well.

hello maam. I recieved an email at this moment after my CBPA test last night saying they haven't found a client the same personality as mine, I can resubmit my application after 60 days, does it mean I failed the CBPA TEST?

Hi! Mine was midnight. Bale, sinabihan na kasi ako na pumasa after the interviews. Rule of thumb, pwede ka ask ng update kung wala pa after 48 hours.

Hello, just passed the initial interview kanina, sabi pumasa daw po ako sa initial interview and magwait ng email for CBPA. Huhu. Matagal ko ngang prayer to na makapasok sa Cyberbacker. Actully 2nd time to apply ko na po. And bumagsak po ako sa initial nung last dahil sa result ng values assessment ko.

Hello Ms. Apple! Question regarding the equipments. Is it a must to have the headset with noise cancellation before applying? or is it okay if i buy one after i get the job? And what happens po if i attend the final interview not using one, will i get automatically rejected? Coz i saw a video from a cyberbacker na okay lang gumamit ng regular earphone on initial interview but not on the final one.
Hi. Great question. Try to ask your initial interviewer regarding this kasi yan din sabi sa akin: sa initial interview pwede ang typical headset pero need ng noise-cancelling pag Final interview na.
Pero kung tahimik naman lugar nyo, pwede naman siguro wala muna noise-cancelling headset.

Do they really say Failed for the CBPA? I had my result today only saying they couldn't find a client that matches my values and personality and with the highest probability of a successful partnership. They advised me to resubmit my application after 60 days.. Does it mean I failed the test? Or I passed but they just couldn't find a match..
Failed. I failed also having the same email sent out to me but i am reapplying. Would love to really work here. They are so kind and comfortable to work with. Worth trying again.

Hi, Amara. Sorry to hear that. Mahirap naman kasi talaga yung assessment. Pati din ako nahirapan nun, tapos wala din akong napanuod na videos na tips talaga, kaya gumawa ako to help others. Pero kung di pa rin to nakatulong... I don't know what will.
My only tip is that we really have to use the breaks in between tests to regroup and gather our wits again. Gaya nga ng sabi ko sa video, hinga hinga bago pindutin yung next test. Alam mo buti nga yung test nila may breaks between the subtests, other tests kasi bakbakan talaga for one hour or so.
Kasi kung papadala sa time pressure, wala eh. Tsaka, iremember mo kung saang part ka ng test nahirapan talaga. Tapos practice ka ha.

Mag aapply din po kase ako pero wala pa po ako NBI clearance as of now gawa ng restrictions due to Covid. Hindi pa makalabas. Hoping for your response.

Hello! I won't suggest doing so po. That could be risky, as you might end up starting a test that you're not yet prepared to take.
Unfortunately, I failed it twice. I felt okay and confident naman dun sa mga sagot ko.. Malaking factor po ba ung first two parts ng exam? Ung purely personality test lng po yung sasagutan?

Hi! Yes, you will receive an email within 48 hours after your initial interview. That email will contain the link for CBPA. Off cam pero you can't open any other browsers kasi minomonitor nila.
