Not really on the big impression, kasi you’ll still be assessed on your job fit for the position that you applied for through the cbpa… but it may help a bit..kasi once they have determined if you are fit for the position, they’ll ask you to revise your resume. Tip: Highlight related experiences in the summary part of your resume.. or projects that you have completed… especially if these exp are not your latest or prev job.

Is it true that there are issues like if $1300 ang ibabayad ng client. only $300 ang mapupunta sa VA. then the rest sa cyberbacker company na? may ganong issues po ba talaga? and how much po ang usual range ng starting salary aside from the usual "up to $1500" na sagot ng other youtubers. thanks!
Hi Audrey! Regarding dun sa difference sa pay ni client kay cyberbacker and cyberbacker to the contractor. It’s just like any other company, hindi naman lahat ng binabayad ng client sa company ay binibigay sa empleyado, ex. sa mall, hindi lahat ng sales ng isang brand nila ay binibiagay sa empleyado na nagpakahirap ibenta yun diba? Unfair i know, but that’s business. Same if sa shoppee mo na order ang shipping cost is php80, hindi yan binibigay full kay rider. Dahil madami pang costing naninvolved dyan such as admin cost, training, tax, advertising, scouting cost etc.. lahat yan tntake into account ng isang company sa costing nya. So same concept lang din to with cyberbacker. I think that should not be the focus of the issue sa cyberbacker. If like ng mga VAs na nakapag sabi nun nang full amount, suggest ko talaga na mag independent nalang sila, do their own trainings and find their own client. Re sa starting range, If mag todo research ka, makikita mo ang average na nakukuha na minimum rate. Don’t worry dahil higher pa din siya sa minimum ng pilipinas. Mabubuhay ka don’t worry. You can always ask that sa interviewer mo as well. :)
hi, after mag fill up ng application form at hindi agad pumasok sa zoom for intial interview, makakabalik pa ba at paano ma-access yung zoom? when i filled up the form kasi it was late night i have no idea na derecho na pala sa zoom yon & i was not ready so i close lang the site.
Hi Dear, you should’ve received an email regarding your application. Andun ang link, but if not.. try talking to the CS sa chatbox ng website.. they will ask for your email and will resend you the link for the zoom.

Issend sayo ni cyberbacker ang CBPA assessment link thru email within 24-48hrs po. So no worries and just wait for it. Issend sa registered email na ginamit mo ng nag apply ka.

As long as hindi siya in competition sa cyberbacker po, specifically non VA jobs at sa real estate, smm, graphic arts, etc. (They will politely ask you to take down your accounts in upwork, onlinejobs.ph before you start, so may choice kayo) Mas prefer po na walang other sideline when you apply. You can talk to them about it pag nakapasok na po kayo at mas alam nyo na ang rules.
As far as I know pare parehas lang ang laman ng cbpa.. (correct me if im wrong).. thru the CBPA malalaman if fit ka sa position na inapplyan mo or mas fit ka sa ibang position. If napasa mo, they will inform you during the final interview what positions you are qualified to be and you can inform them if you wish to apply for those positions as well.

Hi! Yes nasagutan ko.. I tried my best to finish talaga kahit di ako sigurado if tama sagot ko kasi kapos sa oras. It's a thing I learned na talaga na strategy sa exams kasi. But nonetheless, if you are confident naman sa rest of your items. There should be no problem.

Yes it expires. But not immediately, you can take a day or two to condition yourself. But if you would need a week, I suggest you just wait a week as well before really applying nalang as that’s no longer conditioning but procrastinating. There is a specific limit for the cbpa and it depends sa nag bibigay ng test, may cost kasi yan per person na binibigyan. Although na aalert ang careers na natapos nyo na, but if your records are more than a week old, there is a possibility na matabunan ang results nyo at mag antay kayo sa wala.
@@maritess9445 if CBPA, need laptop or anything na may keyboard at mouse., dahil may mga items na need yun. Hindi ka talaga makakapasa if di mo iconsider yun. If values assessment lang, pwede cp.

Mag proceed lang kayo sa final onboarding if maka produce kana ng COE or proof of separation mo with your company. Usually they put you on max 30 days only. If may exceed dun, not sure if they will ask you to apply again.
Hi po! Hindi po kami allowed idisclose ng SF namin, saka iba iba po per position. Masasabi ko lang po is way higher siya than minimum wage and also higher than some call centers if starting kapalang.

Kapag ganyan po, minsan may nakalagay sa email na they want you to take the exam again after a certain no. of days, gawin nyo lang po yun, madami po na 3x din inulit ang CBPA.

Hi Junilyn, wala namang pinapaasa. Within 24-48 hrs nagbibigay na ng result thru emial si cyberbacker. So you will know if pasado ka or not. Have you tried applying?
Hi Junilyn, I can sense your dissappointment with the result of your assessment. It is similar to most test.. and it isn’t hard. But rest assured the test not only takes into account yung IQ mo, but your way of answering, your thinking process and all to come up with an acceptable result. I’m sorry if hindi nakatulong ang mga na mention ko sa journey mo sa application. We are not allowed to spoonfeed applicants the exact contents of the CBPA as that would be cheating and will deem the test useless. Wishing you luck on your reapplication!

I don't think so... if its a survey link only. importante is that your receive an update re your interview via email.

These tips are not really helpful. .. Ang pinaka tips tlaga ay dapat MATALINO KA, mabilis sumagot, at magaling sa vocabulary, grammar at abstract.
