I just passed the final interview last night 😭 I'm more than grateful knowing that aside from the cyberbacker itself, I'm actually qualified for 4 more positions. I can say that your videos really helped me during my preparation for my cyberbacker application process. From initial to final interview. Thanks for the tips Ms Apple. Salamat, Erika. 🧡 As for the Video profile I would highly suggest the following:
1.)Dress professionally and be in a well-lit room
2.) Make an overview kung ano sasabihin mo. Remember 40 seconds to a minute lang ang video duration ha.
3.) Make a good first impression by providing an overview of your work experiences/school-related responsibilities or achievements if you're a student, your skills and your positive values.
Another thing, sobrang importante ng video na to dahil ito una makikita ni client. This will make or break your application. Go go go!

You are INDEED very helpful which I am grateful for; I just finished my "Final Interview" whereas the interviewer only asked 2 major questions, but he said I should wait for 1-2 business days for an update. There are a lot of interviewers/careerbackers at CB, so they have varied criteria and interview methods. For now, let's wait for 2 days. Kung wala pa rin, you can send your interviewer an email or send a chat to CB through their website or Messenger account. Let me know din and we'll see what we can do. God bless

Didn't passed the final interview, i don't know what went wrong honestly, the interview was lengthy and I practiced and did my research. But I think depende talaga siya sa interviewer din and mine was SLOPPY. He changed my interview schedule multiple times, I followed the latest he sent, turns out it was the wrong schedule so I waited 30 mins earlier which was fine anyway.
He also accidentally sent an email that was not addressed for me which contained sensitive info for another applicant... I'm so disappointed, I don't know if it was my fault I felt like all my efforts went in vain.

Hello! The only requirement na need at that time was Non-affiliation. After nasubmit, expectations call na the next day.

Hi! Pwede naman siguro. Kasi may mga kasama ako na fulltime yung gusto, pero part time muna yung hinahanap ng client. Yung iba umaayaw, yung iba ok lang din sa part-time kahit fulltime yung gusto nila initially.

@@applebt1 I've already asked them po on their website a while ago and as per the received response, they require the applicants to must first be of legal age bago po sumalang sa interview. Gamitin ko na lang po siguro yung remaining time ko habang ako'y 17 years old pa sa pag-enhance ng aking knowledge about virtual assistance hahahaha btw, thank you so much po!

Wow! To be honest first time kong malaman na may ganyan pala. It's either (1) Di ka pumasa or (2) Gustong gusto ka ng interviewer mo na 1 question lang pasado na agad. Wait na lang po tayo ng 24-48 hours, after that kung wala reply, pwede ka mag-ask kay Careerbacker/interviewer mo. God bless!

If you really know yourself you'll be able to answer the questions. And also just watch Tiktok & YT videos about cyberbacker.
2 weeks ago I got into a final interview aswell sa ibang company and I focused too much on the possible questions and making possible answers. Then hindi ako gaano nakasagot and I failed.
So just be yourself, get to know yourself, ask yourself why do u really want to work at cyberbacker and just research about the company.

Hello, for final interview na ako in 2 days time, and I was required to send screenshots ng back up equipment and back up internet ko. In my case, I don't have a back up equipment, I only have my laptop, tapos yung back up internet ko is data. Will it affect my final interview? I hope you will notice my question po. Thank you.
Hi! You may use your siblings or cousins' laptops as back up especially kung magkasama kayo sa iisang bahay.
