After opening the lower nut from both the legs, the legs didn't come out, is there any other mechanisms to open it. I have XCM Fork please advise

Take out the chain if it has quick link, put it in a plastic bottle, spray wd-40 and shake it, keep it for 10-20 minutes, take it out and clean it with a rag. Put the chain back again and don't forget to lube the chain before going for a ride.

Remove the caps on the fork head and ul get acces to allen bolts, u just need a long allen key

Remove fork, open rubber caps on either side . There'll be a 6mm hex allen bolt in there deep. Remove on both sides .it'll come out
