Rigged? Destroying Basketball... 2012 NBA Finals flops and refereeing in favor of Miami Heat. Part 1

  • ABOUT NAMING THEM FLOPS: The reason why I named most if these staggers and falls FLOPS is because having individual names would be very excessive. A flop is when a player tries to overreacts/over sell physical contact, whether they completely fall down or stagger, just to obtain an Offensive or Defensive foul on their opponent. Whether they get the call or not doesn't authenticate it as a flop. You are giving the flop too much authenticity as though it's a NBA skill when its a dirty sneaky move that takes away from the game. Players are doing it so much right now that we don't know if its intentional or unintentional... Some if these flops maybe forced or accidentally falls, but who's to say when they do it so much. Once again, a flop is not authenticated as a flop when the ref calls it. I'm just point out how ridiculous the Miami Heat looked (who I think have the greatest 3 players in the NBA) falling all over the place as a team just to assure a victory, especially at the most critical times in the game. It has nothing to do with Hating on Lebron James or D.Wade individually. I am talking about the team as a whole.
    "They are the biggest flopping team in the NBA. It'll be very interesting (to see) how the referees officiate the series and how much flopping they reward... Every drive to the basket, they have guys not making a play on the ball, but sliding in front of drivers. Oftentimes they're falling down even before contact is even being made. It'll be interesting to see how the series is officiated." ----Pacers head coach Frank Vogel says about the Heat
    This video was not made to malicious disrespect the Heat and their fans. It was made disrespect the fanatical idolizing fans who attack anyone that didn't agree with the Finals. I'm just being their voice. We are not HATERS! We have a right to disagree like everyone else and not be attacked by fanatical idolizing fans... I am not a fan of a certain team. I'm a fan of the NBA. I've been watching it since 1990. I have no favorite team today because players don't care about the cities they play for. They only care about the money and rings. The state that the NBA is in is embarrassing. Some of you weren't old enough or born yet to understand the horrible, less competitive, changes it's taking. I think Lebron, Wade, Kobe, Chris Paul, Carmelo, KD, Bosh, Rose, D.William, D.Howard, etc. are some of the greatest players in the league. The Miami Heat are too talented to have to whine for calls on every transition, flop, and receive special treatment. This is killing the sport... The Miami Heat are now the representatives of the NBA, I'll give them and other players the respect they deserve when I see them play hard, honest basketball again.
    UPDATE: Idolizes are literally attacking me in my inbox! Funny, I posted this video a few days after the Finals which was a few months ago. The Finals are over! It seems you haven't gotten over the fact that not everyone agrees with the Finals outcome. Everyone has the right to feel the way they want without being attacked. You are proving why I made this video in the first place. You are showing hatred by attacking me with your idolatry behavior...

      Game 6 between Miami and the Spurs? Did you watch that game? The Spurs pretty much had the game won and messed up by missing some rebounds and one free throw. Only by a miracle 3 by Ray Allen that they were able to send the game to overtime. If it was really rigged they could have easily called a foul when Ray Allen shot to guarantee him three free throws, but no foul was called. If he would have missed his shot, which was a fade away 3 with a defender all in his face, they would have lost.

      We all know Spurs would have been NBA champs in 2013 in game 6. What a disgrace for the NBA history records. Duncan would have been 6-0 in the NBA Finals just like Jordan. I knew the Spurs players were heartbroken after game 6. In game 7, you can tell the Spurs players knew the refs were favoring the Heat no matter what happens. I am so glad the Spurs humiliated the Heat in 2014 as revenge. You can tell the Spurs wanted blood against the Heat so badly that they forced Lebron to leave the Heat. De ja vu Celtics in 2010 vs Cavs. Lebrons dream arrogance fantasy of winning 7 NBA rings with the Heat ended in embarrassment on tv.

    For people who grew up playing the game, and absolutely love watching it, like me, this is a horrible nightmare. We can obviously tell that the N.B.A is rigged because even high school refs wouldn't be as blind and dumb to fall for all of these flops, and rarely would they ever make a ghost call to help another team out. For the people that don't see this, it's because you don't want to see it, or you just never played much school ball.

      So one 240lb guy can knock another 4 feet backwards at his leisure? This guy is at the park, with guys that are likely similar to his stature, just as NBA players are similar in stature. The only way this makes sense is if the 240lb NBA player stops by this guys park, at which point bodies will fly. His point is, at the park, where everyone is likely the same size, no one falls. So in the NBA, where everyone (by position) are very similar in size, it makes no sense, and I agree, that guys should be flying five feet. You don't even see that much distance in full contact sports, but the Heat, like many great teams, have mastered the art of working officials. IS it dirty? Yes. Does it work? Yes.......But don't get mad, because in 10 years, Lebron is gonna be like, "Hell yeah we flopped" and smile and show you his rings

    • @gtownlt23
      @gtownlt23 9 лет назад +1

      yes it's that serious....to the NBA. Eventually all the sponsors lose millions, as well as the league if they don't "crown their king". It's all part of the script to generate more revenue.

    • @gtownlt23
      @gtownlt23 9 лет назад +1

      well, then the NBA will have to reach into their bag of tricks and pull out the next "superstar" to profit off of. It's a continuous circle of shows, there always has to be a "good guy" and a "bad guy" to keep consumers interested. There also has to be a "cash cow" for the league to promote as the face of their league to generate the billions. Unfortunately, when LeBron leaves, there will be a replacement!

    It's crazy coming back and watching this over years. Firstly because it's clear that this was fixed to favor lebron's heat team. Every ring lebron has is a based on facade . Secondly because that young OKC team still stuck around in points and sometimes still even lead in points playing against the veteran opposing team and the refs at the same time. They really were in actuality outplaying them, and lost every game due to bad calls and extra points from free throws and and1s . 2016 lebron got the same treatment.
    Idk but it seems like as soon as lebron went to Miami the league started overhyping him and turning blind eyes to his foul and rule manipulating style of play, and his team surrounding him can do the same as well.. vice versa not so much .. makes his career look like a farce/hoax with all the cheating to win big involved.

      Yeah because MJ never got special treatment huh? LMAO

    • @A1ExtraSauce
      @A1ExtraSauce 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@Flare8124 never said that he didn’t get love from the refs, but MJ didn’t need all the extra on court antics, nor did he need to hand pick players to win big. He was just THAT GREAT. Kobe was the only player in my life time that I seen get it out of the mud, stayed down after shaq left, untill he came back up making his team better in the process. Lebron has literally never done that. And sadly never will at this point in his career. But it’s fine because he is still the greatest Forward to play the game , just not the GOAT. If load management was a thing in the 90’s-2000’s, I’m close to positive that MJ & Kobe would have had more longevity, but we can’t play the what if game. It Is what it is. Lebron is easy HOF. Won 4/10 rings. And is the all time scoring leader. Handful of MVPs. He’s legit offensively, but is lack of defense and commitment when it counted is what hurt his legacy. If he was more of an all around player like MJ, he’d be a 10 time champion, those are facts. MJ let his team do their jobs, and did his job superbly around them and the coach, sometime he did improvise, those are facts. LBJ , on the other hand, wants to pick his entire team, play 1-5, and control anything else he can around him on the floor and off. Biting off more than he needs to chew. Most times, he can’t take the rain when it pours, so he either puts a teammate in the eye of the storm, or he relocates to where it’s sunny(easy) to team up and act like it never happened. Sorry for the long response, I can go on forever about this topic.

      @@A1ExtraSauce One of the absolute greatest summaries of why Lebron James is overhyped. How can we put the player, that's gotten the easy road since Miami, above players who went thru hell to win championships? All Michael jordan rings were rigged . Especially in 1991, 1992, and 1993 . When jordan won 1993 nba finals a month later they killed his father . Jordan sacrificed his own father for those rings

    you can't really blame the refs for calling most of the flops because the game is happening so fast and they have to make calls on the spot, they can't look at a replay every time like in football.

    • @Kwaviddong
      @Kwaviddong 10 лет назад +2

      Actually it is very easy for some of those. If it isn't easier for them, we should get younger refs with better hand eye coordination.

    • @Thevolcanicllamas
      @Thevolcanicllamas 10 лет назад +2

      Kwaviddong do you know what hand-eye coordination is? its the relationship between your eyes and hands. Having good hand eye coordination means your eyes can process something quickly to do a movement with your hands like hit a ball. It is also known as having good reflexes. You don't need hand eye coordination to be a ref. The calls don't have to be instantaneous because play stops after the whistle is blown, not after a hand signal is given

    • @Andrewmehr_
      @Andrewmehr_ 10 лет назад

      Kwaviddong I think you mean just better eyes.

      Some of those flops were as clear as day though. You can't tell me that as big as LeBron is getting knocked over by Fischer should've even happened. Bosh spent nearly the entire series on the ground and he's about 6'10. That's pathetic.

    • @Thevolcanicllamas
      @Thevolcanicllamas 10 лет назад

      yeah i know some are really obvious. some aren't though, and i don't think that the refs deserve that much hate, even though the veteran refs make over 500k
