One thing I like to have my guys do is have my half wall guy run a give and go to the net with the low guy. When the half wall guy clears through, low guy can get it to him or if the defender goes with the half wall guy. he can bring it up into the vacated ice left by the half wall player and then if he pushes to net from the vacated ice it forces the high pk forward to have to play him opening up your D and giving him more room. When the half wall guy cuts through and gets to the net the player posted in front can sink down and become the new low guy.
