What if your not given sum of frequencies, how will you find the sum of the frequencies ? please reply

If only one frequency is missing,then we don't need sum of frequencies...only means value is enough for us to find the missing Frequency..but if 2 frequencies are missing,then we need one more data like sum of frequencies....in order to find both the values ..... pls let me know if you have any questions...
