Camera quality and flight performance of the Mavic 3 except it has no telephoto lens but for a cheaper price. It actually sounds like an awesome deal to me!!!

Harold, you are amazing at the descriptions and how to use all the capabilities of this frone!!! I will now sell my Mavic 1 system with flymore combo. I will no longer need it with the Mavic 2 Pro hasselblad and Mini Pro 3. This Classic model is amazing. I have much more to see and do with this drone this weekend and I love the information you provide so fast. You are amazing and great English as well. Consider getting the Mavic 3 Wet Suit so you can fly in the Rain. Phantomrain in the house.
Mavic 3 Classic is a nice addition to the Mavic series. I appreciate that DJI is bringing out more options especially it you want Mavic 3 features but maybe want something less pricey.
Agreed 💯 %. But their idea on the mini 3 is a total low cut if you compare the specs and the juicy ingredients of the mini 3 pro . I love the mini 3 pro .
Best thing to do is stick to what you have if bought recently, remember only up grade if you have something 5yr old or so..marketing is all about giving you something that you already have but thinking you don't.
Guess it's time to upgrade my dji spark lol.

you are awesome as usual 💞 like your "storytelling" every time. i will buy the classic with screencontroller and fly more. yes it is "expensiv" but we should not forget the DJI work "behind the scenes" for C1 certification also. I fly Air 1, Mini 2 and Air 2, every drone have his pros. but the 3 classic WITH C1 makes it much more easier in EU and makes all pros in one drone. i have my A1/A3 and A2 (for the air 2), but the 3 classic includes all what i want and need in the mix of mini2 and air2 and now i could fly in urban areas more safetly (excuse my english 😄)

I use the DJI Mic with my RC Pro controller and it works fine

Nice work Henrik, I'm torn between this and the original, that 7x zoom is a nice feature. That fly more price is high for 2 batteries though. I bought the Avata a few weeks ago and the Flymore was only £215
I have the OG and the Flymore kit was absolutely over-priced. They sell that bag separately for £200!!! and I'd rather not have it as I don't think it's anywhere near as good as RUclips reckons. The price would be so much better without it :D
The Tele camera is actually amazing if you stick to the 7x and get the new double/split ND filters from Freewell.
Can you please do the Airstrip flight distance test again, but with the Mavic 3 Classic and RC? Would love to see how it handles :)

20mp is plenty for printing photos especially landscapes. Most DSLR and mirrorless cameras are close to that.
#63 - with the fly more combo, the bag is also a backpack! Haven't seen anyone else talk about that yet. I got mine today. But the weather isn't cooperating enough to take it out.

I have the mavic 3 and not the classic version ,and it’s most definitely the best drone out, it is almost identical to the classic so I assume the classic is the same great drone,,but my favourite drone is without doubt the mini 2 .

Nice channel Henrik, greetings from Vejle! I am considering buying the Mavic 3 classing now as my first non-toy drone. Are they actually stamping this physically with the C1 marking?
Yes it’s a label
The only important information missing in this video that everybody must be aware: NO LIVE STREAMING with the DJI RC Controller. You need the DJI RC-N1 or the DJI RC PRO. Or keep your cheap and old drones for that. Just like de DJI Mavic Air 1, which does that perfectly. What a shame on the 'new' DJI RC Controller.
Is the propeller size is 94mm in long in ruler
Hi - I'm still waiing for a review to confirm (or DJI!) if the Classic has 'slow speed, fly close to people' mode as part of the C1 classification. Do you know if it has??

@@TECHDRONEMEDIA I'm not particularly tech savvy but I would guess cruise control might not take a lot of computing resources, in which case it could easily be made available to the Mini 3. I also would guess that DJI is not particularly motivated to do so because it might seriously cut into Mavic 3 sales. Your thoughts?

In the European Union the maximum speed of the Mavic 3 is limited to about 67km/hour. Its actual top speed is about 7km higher (I can't remember the exact numbers, but I believe I'm close). Thanks for the reminder to use Constant Bit Rate (CBR). One issue I'm finding is that for 5.1k video and/or H264 codec use, it is hard to find the highest specification micro SD cards. Most retailers here in Ireland only stock the Sandisk Extreme (suitable for 4k max), but not the Extreme Pro (which would be able to deal with 200 Mb/second). Can anyone recommend an online retailer for the Extreme Pro (at a price that won't break the bank)?
The SanDisk Pro 256 is about $42USD on Amazon but I don't know if that helps you.

I have a problem, my RC controller (M3 classic) with not find my WIFI. They set it up in the shop for me, but at home it will not activate the WIFI which means I cannot update any thing.

Is the limitation on the separation between the drone and controller of less than 50 meters during active track or focus track with the Mavic 3 classic also true for America?
No that is a EU thing

Does it have precise landing and a belly light like the Air 2 during RTH?
Hi, yes it has belly light and the light is very strong. It automatically turns of when you above few meters. What do you mean writing "precise landing"? I can check this with my Mavic 3 Classic.
@@notonlyfromdrone It's during RTH when it's flying in normal mode with all sensors on, during the landing it lands at the precise point where it took off, correcting itself even if it's in not exactly spot on the landing pad/ground it took off. In contrast with the mini 2 for example which lands anywhere but where it started from, usually a couple feet away from the mark

I have the mini 2 and I’m considering getting the classic without the controller. Do you think it’s a good idea? Or is it not that big of an upgrade? I’m not considering the rc because my iPhone 13 basically does the same job and it’s hella more expensive
I'm considering the same thing. I think it's a great idea and it's a huge upgrade. I can say that confidently because I have owned a Mini2 for 2 years and recently purchased the Air2s. I had been considering the Mini3 Pro but at check-out from the DJI store the total after taxes and DJI refresh was nearly $2000 with the fly more and the plus batteries. At the same time I knew that Amazon had just lowered the price of the Air2s fly more combo and as a prime member I have a 90 day absolutely no questions asked return window. So I went ahead and bought the Air2s thinking that I could return it and buy the Mini3 Pro if I chose to. Since then I've fallen in love with the Air2s. It's a very good drone with so many more features than the Mini2. Also in that time I've had a couple of friends who purchased the Mini3 Pro and have been able to see it up close and in action and I didn't really like the new RC or the drone itself. Comparatively the classic is much more advanced and has much more fly time and camera features than all of the other drones. My plan now is to return the Air2s and purchase the new classic without the RC and use my Mini2 RC for both. The Mini2 is such a fantastic little drone that I don't think I could part with it. As I said I've fallen in love with the Air2s but I think I will just as easily fall in love with the classic and it's extended flight time and many extra features. If you own the Mini2 and your not one of those who were super excited about the release of the Mini3 and the gimmicky new RC...I think you will be over the moon with the Mini2/Classic combo. You'll have the best of both worlds. I like the way you think. 🤠🤟

I would get the no controller version as well because the rc makes no sense to me. I have an iPhone 13 and the phone screen is bigger and brighter than the rc. Even if I got the rc I still would always have my phone with me. All the best to you and have a great time flying the classic!
@@puhaletasan2711 your most welcome. I was surprised to find someone who was having the same thoughts as myself about the new RC being redundant. I use a Motorola stylus and I've never had a problem in nearly 3 years of flying my Mini2 and now the Air2s. The new RC seems like extra steps and like you said we always have a phone. The Motorola has 500gig of storage, has a great processor and a large bright display. Never had a single problem. I take that back. I had a problem when I downloaded the GoPro quick app. For some reason it's not compatible with the DJI app. The GoPro app seems more intrusive than the DJI fly app. Anyway if you have only flown the Mini2 thus far ...you are going to be amazed by how next level the classic is with the 20mp camera and all of the autonomous features that the Mini2 lacks. Especially if your into taking photos of weather/sunrise/sunset as I am. Amazing photos. Even more amazing videos. The difference in camera quality is incredible. I still can't get over how good the Air2s camera is. The classic is another level above that and I can't wait to get it. Have fun 🙏

Er der en chance for at du en dag laver en gennemgang af de forskellige EU Regler omkring droneflyvning men drone eksempler. F.eks. må man flyve med en Mavic 3 Classic som med en Mini Pro 3 hvis man har Drone bevis eller skal man have en 249 Gram drone lige meget hvad. Og hvad sker der egentlig i 2023 med alle de gamle drone beviser og de drone som ikke overholder specs.

Everywhere I've read and checked the Mavic 2 Pro has 14 stops of Dynamic Range. Is that true and if so, are you sure that the Mavic 3 classic only has 12.5???

that "seamless zoom" looked very rough and fast, can you really zoom in video? Seems misleading...
Mavic 2 Pro is far better in the image (photo) quality.

I have not done much flying lately as I was like you in the hospital.
It is hard to believe but I survived a double Pulmonary Embolism.
When both lungs are clotted and there is no blood moving you die!
Well, I did 4 times for a bit and the 5th I went down to the surgery room.
I knew there was a serious issue as I had no energy and could recoup even raising my arm.
Somewhere the was a pinhole left so my heart would press on and stop until the pressure lowered. Then gain I came back and it would fill again repeating the process 4 times.
When the monitors saw this they took me 2 hours early for the procedute to start the removal process of what in GOD'S world was in my lungs. The images from the working screen that was printed and the picture of what was removed is very ugly.
It was like a scene from a sci fi movie. Since there is no pain going into the groin and up my main femer into the lungs I had a local anasthetic but stay awake watching the O2 guage start increasing. I started at a heart rate od 19 Beats per minute, DEATH basically to back up into the 90 level and I could feel my breathing improve as they scraped and vacuumed more of the gummy bear type goop out of me. So I am back in good shape now and breathing very well. It is interesting I was taking a blood pressure medicine called Atenolol which slows my heart down but the ppressure must have been long term because now they cut that off and I take a very small amount of Elequis blood thinner to make sure I am totally cleaned out in the lungs for safety. So now my blood pressure is around 114 over 74 and I am like a teenager again. This blockage must have been going on for a really long time.
So I am taking a few weeks of vacation & rest to heal really good and can stay home and practice using my lovely Mavic 3 Classic. I watched you video again today to return to studying the drone and ALL of its settings!!! Phew. I have a lot to learn but it is an amaing piece of hardware exactly as you say. I am glad you are well again too as I think you are a very nice gentleman and always enjoy the great videos you put on youtube. You are a handsome man with a great sense of humor and I love the laughing you do as well.

That place must glow with angel dust at night as the people there are from heaven and are incredible at what they can do. Even the food is cooked no microwave there. People make, cook, and prepare delicious all fresh unfrozen foods 3 times a day which really hellps a person heal with a good food intake. I wish it was a restaurant as well as I would eat there every day!!! Ray C
