Neither band can be pigeonholed into one genre really, but tame impala does make rock music (lucidity, elephant, HFGW) just as led zeppelin has made some folk music (the battle of evermore, gallows pole, bron-y-aur stomp)

I welcome people to dig for different types of music (Especially the youth of today). It can change your view on things and introduce you to new worlds.
