Thanks for watching my third episode in this series of - Patterns to Try this Summer. In this episode I am covering jumpsuit styles. I believe a jumpsuit covers a range of different garments from dungarees, all in ones, boiler suits, etc etc. Anything really that has a top and a bottom that that form either shorts or trousers.

What a fabulous list you have researched Angela. There are loads I haven't tried or seen before. I have made the Alexa jumpsuit by TATB and that's a good one too.

Thanks so much for all the research to make this vlog. I'm putting it on my saves! I have the Alice and Co. boiler/flight suit traced out and ready to put pattern to fabric but just keep waffling on making it. I just need to do it! Another option if a person was a bit worried about fitting a one piece, would be to make a separate top and bottom, use the same fabric, then add some kind of belt to the waist. It would look like a jumpsuit!
This was such a good overview of the different styles of jumpsuit that I’ve saved it for future reference. I’ve made the Avenir twice and love it and have a couple of patterns, Zadie and Durban to make for the Auntumn. I’m also toying with with making one from the Saguaro set.

16:36 I would recommend steaming or spritzing with water and putting it into the dryer for a few minutes so you don't have to deal with the ironing.

You were my inspiration to try the Blanca Flight suit. Yours is so lovely and stylish! I have the pattern and have made one in just a inexpensive cotton, so it's too lightweight a fabric to wear for good, but am on the lookout for some nice fabric to make this in. I have made 2 shorter versions of the Mc calls 7908 and 3 long versions of that jumpsuit. I do love this pattern. I did have to modify the neckline as I did not want it so low. I think now, after 5 of them, I have perfected that-Lol! I do so love your videos and your way of presenting things. Your voice is so calming, yet your humor is so fun!❤🥰

I’m long in the body so will have to tweak it but atm it’s only a toile. I quite like the idea of a stretch velvet one for Christmas. Wouldn’t a foxy one be stunning 🤩 xx
Great collection of jumpsuits and I like how you have categorized the patterns. I’m planning to make the Love Notions Sunday Romper (knits) I would also love to copy the owner of Sew Batik and make the Riley overalls in lightweight Batik canvas fabric. Hi Angela. Thank you for sharing this wonderful list of Jumpsuits. I really love the look of jumpsuits and have been trying to make one for myself.
I’ve purchased several Big-4 versions from JoAnn fabrics (here in the USA) because they’re usually on sale for $1.99 each.
I started with New Look 6446, but it turned out an utter desastre. The biggest problem is the band that goes across the bodice. It’s too wide.
Any chance you’d be willing to make a sew along for the New Look 6446? Anyway, I love your channel.
Oh I loved watching this Angela, I literally just posted my vlog with the Victory patterns Rowena jumpsuit I made for a wedding. Ive been searching for my Elly & Mac Four Seasons jumpsuit & playsuit pattern pieces to pair with my new see you at six French Terry. It is ultra comfortable and it just needs a little shoulder shimmy to undress in a flash! I lived in dungarees as a teen and I’m loving jumpsuits now 😍🩷
