You can order measuring tape with inches on one side, centimeters on the other. Also, google centimeters to inches and it will do the conversion for you.

wow... this is really a simple sewing project. - I love it. I can imagine me making so many jumpsuit (with different patterns) :) I have a question... How do I adjust the size? (I am bigger then you, so I might fear I wont be able to fit your meassures. Where / which place should I adjust?)
I dont mean to be rude, but one half of your material pattern is opposite to the other. In my dressmaking classes this would be a big problem. All the sections should face the same direction. Maybe make this in two pieces rather than fold 2 ways?

You don't have to follow this if you are having problems with it. Stick to what works for you. As for me, it worked great!!! I am super satisfied.

Yeah, Sewing 101 says to be mindful of directional patterns in your fabric, but this way she’s using less fabric. Trade-off.
