What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It's a non-scientific word that an everyday person came up with to describe the feeling characterized as a pleasurable tingling sensation felt in the head, scalp, back and other regions of the body in response to visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and/or cognitive stimuli, such as crinkling bags, hand movements, whispering, personal attention or watching someone perform a task. It's like goosebumps but much more pleasant and without the uncomfortable chills.
ASMR videos are meant to intentionally induce this sensation in the viewer, often referred to as "tingles", but the videos also serve to provide a relaxing, calming and soothing experience for the viewer. Many people who do not experience ASMR still enjoy the videos for their calming and sleepy effect.

@@Adultguj I think he just isn't that great at conversing while doing ASMR. You can see as he was talking, he was actively trying to implement as much ASMR as he could since that is the main aspect of the video. Which led to him awkwardly stopping during explanations or topics to eat, which made him chew too long which led him to switch to a different topic lol.

Vegetables are better for you raw. Meat does have great protein and nutritional value raw, but a lot more nutrients crucial to brain development is unlocked and activated through heat treating and thus the meat is cooked. So fire and meat are that crucial.

The viewers are watching you choke on your meal and as you pass out, the screen fades to black. Suddenly, there is light again! But instead of a Let's Eat, it's now ASMR in the afterlife! Beliefs aside and all, like ASMR in Hell or Heaven style? Heck, even ASMR in purgatory! LOL Not sure what made me think of this, as I certainly don't wish you to actually choke on your meal, but your videos are always so vivid and you put so much effort into them. I don’t think it would be easy to transition like that for him even if he is the ASMR god he might still waste a lot of time doing that, but it was a very very good idea and I think he should put a small twist to his let’s eats.

I love a lot of foods... tomato soup with grilled cheese, raw oysters, sponge candy, Jamaican curried goat, sag paneer, bon bo hue (which is hard to find even around NYC)... but right now all I can think about is Christmas even and beef on weck with my mom's cream of artichoke soup.

Eggs Benedict- being two poached eggs on a two thick, round Canadian bacon patties, those laying on one bottom of an English muffin each, with a nice hollandaise drizzled over the Benedict- a side of thick Gouda Au Gratin shredded potatoes, with a side of ketchup for that side. That’s it right there.

My favorite meal is some smoked Texas brisket with bbq sauce and a pulled pork sandwich and coleslaw and Mac n cheese
Favorite meal-a classic Italian meal with my grandmother who is from Tuscany. Start with a Campari aperitif-either with orange juice or soda, and flatbread with herbs and olive oil from the pizza oven. For primi either carpaccio or tartare, some kind of raw meat or fish dish. For secondi, ricotta and spinach gnudi over ragu. Finish with salad if you still have room. End with or without dessert (such as Zuppa Inglese or Tiramisu) but always an espresso, biscotti on the side. Fernet or other type of amaro after the meal for the men.

Favorite food: Rice, mixed veggies, and ground beef or turkey with Taco seasoning. I like to add soy sauce and Sriracha on top 😋
Over a year late, but add celery to the veg, and barley to the beef, deglaze with wine if on hand then add beef stock, serve with yorkshire pudding for an OP beef stew, if not desired thickness add cornstarch and water(premixed) or add a roux. :)

Spaghetti with wine soaked venison. Living in PA, and having many friends who hunt and are members of Fish & Gun clubs, we get loads of deer meat and sausage. It. Is. To. Die. For.
