You can call them fog light covers if you like, but there are no fog lights underneath. Here in the UK I remember all the hysteria when the Evo 6 hit the streets, the press went mental about it, which is what put it on my radar. Went for a test drive and it changed my life! Never had I felt such a dynamically superb, massively fast car! At the time it was a grey import only, so I immediately placed an order for a silver GSR VI. That was in 1999, I still have it, have never tired of it, it still feels so special when I drive it and it gets even more attention now than when it was new! They used to be a fairly regular sight on UK roads but now it is unusual to see one, so different to the days when at least 20 would turn up to club meets, and many more in summer or dyno days. The Evo, 3000 GTO, EVO PAJERO, GALLANT VR6 etc, were the hayday of Mitsubishi, so sad to see where they are now. Not forgeting of course, the Lancer Turbo, the car that started it all!
I LOVED ours!!! Sadly had to sell it after my partner passed away. Honestly wish I could have shipped it over to Canada to keep it but that was insanely expensive! But I miss that car! It was such a BEAST!!!! ♥️
Nothing can handle corners like the Evos, theyre truly special, and keep the AYC, you can literally go full throttle in a corner its beautiful :) (i have an Evo 6) :)
You know funny coincidence I bought my Evo 5 from a guy called Eric Wong in the uk . 10 years later the cars still amazes me every time I drive it . Although she is 600hp now
Current saving up money to buy this sexy beast now that it will be legal to import to the US this upcoming year. I'm sure I won't be able to get one as clean as his like he said in that condition they're going for over 40k. I'll take one with some wear and tear on the paint and a wore Down interior. What I'm hoping 30k will get me is relatively low mileage. The other stuff I can work with. Wish me luck guys!
Red EVO 5 is one of the rarest out there!!! You lucky if you own a red EVO 5!!!! Evo 5,6,6.5 are really a raw type of drive compared to the 7,8,9,10!!!!! Luv evos!!!
You should try the Evo 4. It's even smaller and lighter and more raw. The Evo 4 was the last Evo that was considered a compact car by Japanese standards

Not really bone stock, AFM larger front intercooler, exhaust, upgrade front strut, different manifold cover (so manifold has probably changed), but standard intake. Still a good vid :)
Beautiful car but guy is chatting bollocks about it being more involving than a TME, it’s 99% the same car, there is minor suspension differences between the two but I’d argue only the most special driver on the absolute edge would determine the difference
I'm 22 years old but i'm madly inlove with jdm cars especially the Mitsubishi lancer evolution line up. But out of all the line up i really love the 4 and 5 line up because of its body design especially when you change the wheels into TE37 WHEELS.

Take fog light covers off that is the most iconic part of the car when you see it in your rear view those big fog lights are sick
They are not covers, they are blanking plates, to fit them, u need to remove fog lights 1st

Ayc is clever, but cusco 1.5 way lsd is where it's at, bigger rear sway bar and can cross them up like the subys great fun
The AYC on the 6 is just perfection. Yes expensive to fix if it breaks, but the torque vectoring is worth it. (got one too)
i'm a Subaru guy, but when it comes to power, this guy has it all!
The greatest evo... only model to win the WRC driver and manufacturers competition. The 6.5 is a tribute to what they had done in 5
Need some WD40 for the door though
That will just dry up after a few weeks 🥴 try silicone spray and thank me later.

Yep fr.
These cars are way too expensive now.
Proud to own one of them. Nice vid, greetings from Hong Kong 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

So much passion of how he talked about the car..
If you get it in yellow, a strange song called “Mirage” will start to play and your car will become deep fried and you will begin to go 5883382838mph
With an evo , you can never go WONG.
your videography is underrated. Deserves more subs!
JDM legends from the early 90s until circa 2010 are simply the BEST CARS EVER MADE.
Love these videos man that Evo is so clean love it man
last video what i watch from this guy, was the video where explain about he's honda, now i have kia cerato with k20a swap, with dc5 gearbox, +240hp,

Awesome video, loved the cinematography

All EVO's blow my mind

Hey Clay. I have just landed another Black Evo 5. Let’s feature the Red & Black Evo 5 together.
Hi! Alan, How much is Black Evo 5?
Really special car! Would love to own it and drive it as a daily 🤤😙💜
Evo & Sti both stunning cars.
How come I've not come up with this channel before? 😐
This is amazing!

That's pretty much stock
Probably the best 4 door sedan daily drive practicality
PLS REVIEW A SUBARU FORESTER STI
Now were talking :)
The video is great, my only downside is that you keep calling the car bone stock when it’s not
Well yeah it’s engine is stock , I think that’s what he means
Such a great song to go along with this evo
the squeaky door noise may need grease 😅
I sold Henry his evo workshop manual. I had a black 5 with a 2.2 and no longer needed the workshop manual. Think I've got him on Facebook still haha.
He needs to get that door hinge oiled up. Would drive me nuts. Ive got a white Evo V myself :)
Great video but reduce on the talking while driving and show more of the car plus the sound cause are we more interested in the car than the person
what a review had to watch it .....1....... more time!!!
Don't forget the evo 3 will also blow your mind
It is sad Mitsubishi isn't making Evos anymore.
One of my dream car

Whole lot of over exaggeration in his commentary of the car. Car makes you 'feel like going at the speed of a million miles'?

1998 but says 25 years. Quick mafs

theres only 2 reasons. its an evo. its an old evo.

CRC or WD-40 ought to take care of that squeaky driver-side door.
