I’m building a position with Agree (rather than NNN or O), but otherwise in Camden, WPC and CCI. I also like Prologis and a rather speculative stake in UNIT.
As a fairly new investor, I’m always puzzled by commentators who seem to obsess over “dividend growth” over the actual payout and growth. Often so called “dividend kings” are still only paying under 3%… (?)

Jussi, thanks for the information. I really the way you present. One small suggestion: keep the ticker symbol in the lower corner throughout the segment. I for one forget the ticker 2 seconds after you say it, especially if I'm focusing the other things you talk about.
New sub. Really enjoy your content. I’m a long term landlord that bought into Vegas back in 2010. I’m considering selling some of my properties to diversify into REITs due to current valuations. Thanks for briefly covering CCI in this video as it is one of my considerations… 🍻
Thanks for sharing your input, My portfolio is around 400k diversified into 30 companies with 30% in REITS. ADC, MAA, PLD, I’m contemplating BYG & AVB & stag What do u think of stag & AVB and their values at the moment ? As well any REIT books do u recommend?
@@askjussi Thanks. I own MAA, over most historical timeframes MAA marginally outperforms CPT, obviously there’s no guarantees this continues. They’ll likely continue to trade similarly in the future I’m sure, I just wanted your reasoning.

RIGHT ON! I'm looking at (planning on) 35 to 40 more years of retirement and inflation is a huge factor for me. I definitely desire the dividends that we are receiving to increase more than inflation.
I have 4 out of 5: NNN - great, I own a full position (along with EPRT) CPT - I started buying late, but I want a full position CCI - full position, I like it a lot, but have an even larger position in AMT WPC - half position, I didn’t like the TIMING of the spin-off and the fact that they increased the dividend beforehand. I keep observing them, hopefully no more hiccups 😅 BYG - still not in my portfolio 😅 I don’t like the British economy post Brexit 😬 Moreover, I’m not fully convinced that Self-Storage will grow in Europe so much (maybe it’s an American thing 😆). BYG seems quite exceptional though… I might give it a try 🤔

We can’t predict the future but I believe CCI will eventually cut its dividend and that isn’t fully priced yet; I’ll wait a little bit to buy more! Thanks for the insights!
@@askjussi thank you for the reply, I own a good amount and like it as well. Staying pretty stagnant at the moment but hopefully we pick up some momentum soon.

I prefer class B in an oversupplied market. Do you prefer MAA?

I think it depends a lot from one investor to another. I have about 50% which is too much for most people
