The PRO version has a lot more features, but they may not be necessary for your needs. It just depends on what you want to do. You should also take a look at KAMI, which is a great PDF editor that works as a browser extension.

hi im probably too late, but you should be able to download a font that is compatible with the chinese characters themself, there’s some fonts on dafont.com, that should help!
