Why she speaks well, because she listens well. A lot of people esp in my India, don't listen, they do selective listening, they filter what they want. They miss out the whole heart to heart talks. They're in a hurry, and most of the times they listen to respond, which means they've already half assumed of what youre talking by doing selective listening. These ppl have developed a respond pattern, and havr no room for learning. For example all thr negative comments on Priyanka here stronly show these ppl are poor listeners and hence end up in developing poor speaking skills. Respect the person who is talking by listening without judging or being biased. Only then one will be able to think and reply, learn from experiences and situations, remeber the lesson learnt, how by completely paying attention and listening.

Good points. BTW these will be ignored by most people, as they don't want to know they are poor listeners and poor thinkers.

Bang on! You're speaking pure facts. This is a major issue and the unfortunately also results in a lack of awareness to get better. Having an open mind and patience is a rare find these days.

    1. When you make a point, don’t just leave it there. Make it memorable using the **power or anecdotes**
    2. **Use the PREP framework**
    1. Point
    2. Reason
    3. Example
    4. Point again
    3. Make use of **rhetorical devices - metaphors, personification** - to create a specific reaction or emotion in your audience

0:45 nice ad. BTW for someone who is promoting conversational skills you are all over the place. You should first pick from her how to get to the point and yet be effective. I wouldn’t have been so harsh on you, had you been just making your point, but you are selling. This looks very insincere and salesy, if that’s even a word.
She is definitely good speaker and falls in the spectrum of number of famous people who actually speak well. SRK, Abishek Bachan(have you noted his subtle sarcasm), J sai Deepak, Obama , the list goes on. The latter two are much more articulate than her and speak with conviction.
