I was there a month before you. Totally loved the view of the sea from the marina. Totally loved Karimunjawa. It's not as crowded as Bali, which is a great thing. I hope to go back there one day.

Hi Martin. I’m Indonesian, married to an American and we live in the US. So, a couple years ago, we went to visit my family in Indonesia. My family took us to Taman Safari. At the gate, the security checked the car passengers to make sure we didn’t “smuggle” a bule in the car. We got a little confused with the prices then they told us we had to pay Rp. 250,000 for his ticket. What a bummer! I was stunned with the fee discrepancy for foreigners. I almost didn’t want to go in and felt so bad for my husband. I have been wanting to go to Karimun Jawa with my husband but a bit concerned that it’ll cost us arm and leg. Any tips at all for us so we can go to more foreigner friendly places in Indonesia?

Tidak tahu, kami ke sana bulan Oktober
Kalau mau ke karimun jawa itu paling bagus di bulan mei sampai dengan agustus, bulan yg cuacanya jelek desember, januari karena ada angin baratan, itu angin & ombak tinggi kapal ferynya juga engga mau berlayar. Sy ke karimun jawa sudah 3x tempat sy biasa menginap itu di Omah Allcy berupa cottage view langsung ke pantai, makananya enak, mereka jg punya yatch catamaran bisa disewa untuk sailing ato sekedar makan malam di yatch. Kalau bisa diving di karimun jawa juga ada penyewaan alat-alatnya ato bisa juga fun diving yg belum punya lisence

Sebaik nya berapa lama (berapa malam) berlibur di karimunjawa? katanya kapal express tidak setiap hari ada ya. ingin liburan ke karimun jaw pada hari selasa sampai jumat, tetapi sayang sepertinya tidak ada kapal cepat dari karimun jawa ke jepara pada hari jumat :-(

Abadi Jaya Kampung Malang jumlah kamar sedikit. Jadi kalaupun penuh tetap ga berasa sumpek karena tamunya sedikit. Sekarang kayaknya emang lagi low season.

Kenapa takut dronenya jatuh bu julie? Kan ada auto pilot dan GPS. pilih spot-spotnya drone akan terbang mandiri dan tidak akan pernah kembali... hahaha bercanda. Tapi kalau pakai auto pilot saya kurang bgtu tau persis apa drone bisa mengambil gambar dengan camera sebagus pak martin... ibu julie bilang drone yang diterbangkan seperti segumpalan batu... syukurlah terlihat segumpalan batu melayang bukan berterbangan seperti batu asteroid..hahaha keep smili

In fact the main problem is the cost of delivery from Java ? Karimunjawa is a litlle island with no agriculture, no "Hypermarket". Cost of Transport for a truck by Ferry is minimum 1,3 m Go&back... But with more than 50 different meals on menu from 35 000 idr to 75 000 idr is it realy expensive ?
