*KZ is the first winner of X-Factor Philippines. She comes from humble beginnings and is love by tons of people.* (That is Not autotune...its a vocal effect tool like Talkbox. No real singers from Philippines uses autotune....they'd be laughed at)
All of KZ's Singer 2018 performances are great - and recommended. She is the one artist I don't like watching on the Wish Bus. As you witnessed, her live performaces are incredible and seeing her on the bus is like watching a caged tiger. A lot of people criticize the use of autotune. However, here it is cranked to the max for effect and the singer, especially live, has to have perfect pitch and total control of their voice in order for it to not be a total mess. KZ has mastered it. Jessie J is KZ's inspiration. There's a cute video where they meet for the first time when KZ arrived to join this competition and KZ is totally fangirling. KZ's version of this song is loosely based on a version by Linkin Park. BTW, KZ, Coco Lee and Jessie J do a collaboration on this show, of Bang Bang (Jessie J song) that is fun to watch.
