      Your effects are annoying. I know - the message is important, but WHY would you add the unnecessary repetitive swtiches ? What is that supposed to achieve ? - As if the extra action was needed to support the message and make it more "interesting" !
      This may be appropriate for a music video (but even then it is not even a good effect) but not for news or reporting on activism. Many uploaders on channels feel the urge to degrade their videos with backgroundmusic (and then often too loud), you do it with visual effects although you likely have more professional support. I think I saw that done in former video I saw months ago, and it was equally annoying.
      I would be quite happy to just see you in the old fashioned way. And you talk. If you show a chart or picture obviously there will be a fade in or slide.

Thousands more, even what is happening to Eric "fcops" Brandt. The biggest problem with Joshua Martinez is that he hasn't ever held any of them accountable for their crimes and recovered his compensation. So of course they will just continue to twist the screws. Courts have concluded that Miranda warnings are not required with every arrest.
      Only when the police intend to question the arrestee about the alleged crime are they obligated to advise of their supposed rights.

    I believe James may agree that 90% of 1A cases that go to district court get dismissed no matter how the rights were violated. Forcing one to spend a huge amount of money to appeal which 80% get reversed and sent back for review. I think the problem starts with district court judges who continually grant immunity no matter how damning the evidence is against an cop. In this case one would think that one district court judge would realize how this is one big illegal case against an innocent person.

    • @edwardmiessner6502
      @edwardmiessner6502 3 года назад +3

      That's the problem with the district courts --- total bias in favor of the government. It sometimes can make slam dunk cases into lawsuits terminated for failure to state a claim, particularly if some kind of judgement bar comes into play (Brownback v King, Miller v United States, Unus v Kane etc). Results like that are purely Kafkaesque!

    Our judicial process is comparable to a theatre performance. Respect of the room itself is paramount over all else. The guaranteed rights of the citizens have to be vigilantly fought for by everyone that appears before the court. The costumed appearance of the officials. Even the use of Latin language used in a country that is English speaking and basically despises anyone that speaks their native language.

    When they finally caught him, it took several years for him to plea out and get 3 years suspended sentence.
    There's no true justice in the legal system, especially when it comes to anyone working in law enforcement or the courts.

    • @jazzcross6695

      First they watch non-whites like hawks and target them to the max with totalitarian stop and frisk laws that deter people from simply being able to walk down the street unaccosted by cops, then after they get some arrests, they use those stats to justify, in their already warped, biassed minds, that it's therefore OK to target certain races in their communities, when they shouldn't have been majority targeting non-whites in the first place, because if they had've be been targeting whites as intently and frequently as non-whitesl, they would have got similar results. I recall seeing a doco on this racial profiling debacle and it's completely fubar. I remember another about how a white guy in his car was transporting drugs across the US and the interviewer asked him if he was concerned about getting caught and he said quite confidently: 'No, I'm white, I don't get stopped by cops' .

Which in my opinion comes down to “how much can you afford”. Everything costs money. And most people can’t afford lawsuits. And I believe that leads people into taking plea deals.

    And here's a question relevant to this whole problem of unlimited judicial misconduct in relation to these guys all over the country..I seem to vaguely recall something in our Bill of Rights, a nice short and clear Amendment which few people---and virtually none in the Judicial "industry" and less in the public seem to care about: The 8th..It reads Eighth Amendment
    Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
    How in light of that do these insane bail amounts, cruel treatment and excessive punishments stand unchallenged?
    And unchallenged by those with the responsibility to protect our rights in the perhaps ironically named "Justice Department"?
    Something is rotten in the State of Denmark! (apologies, Will---America)
