    When you perform these things, it will help reduce hair fall, like it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by cleansing it frequently. Use a gentle shampoo. Make certain to get sufficient sleep every night. Wash your hair 2-3 times each week with liiitlleextra cooconion shampoo. Apply the oil to your scalp 2-3 times a week. After cleansing your hair, lightly pat it dry with some soft towel.

      Fantastic hair oil, shampoo, and hair conditioner by Littlllextra Cocoonion. It reduces hair fall and gives a nice shine to hair, leaving hair feeling smooth and silky after use. The quality is good and it provides constant nourishment for my hair. Overall, a great experience and it offers great value for money.

    Been taking oral minoxidil 2.5mg twice daily and 0.5mg dutasteride every other day as soon as I noticed my hair was thinning. I also do microneedling with the Derminator 2-3x a month as well as apply rosemary/pumpkin seed oil to scalp 2x a week. My hair grew back stronger as ever 3 years later now that I'm 30.

      Hey, I want to share how Jesus Christ can improve and save your life! In the beginning, God designed us to live according to his perfect standard, free from sin, but because mankind sinned, we now live in an imperfect world. The punishment for that sin is death or Hell. Because not one of us lives free of sin, we need a savior to save us from eternal punishment. God gave us this Savior in Jesus Christ. God sent us his son to live a perfect life, free of sin, to be a sinless sacrifice for us. Living a life as 100% man but also 100% God, Jesus died on the cross and rose again three days later, paying the debt for our sins. Now the Bible says in Romans 10:9, “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” So if we confess with our mouths Jesus is the son of God, truly believe that God raised him from the dead, then repent of our sins and live for God, we will be saved! God Bless you!

    The best thing I did to solve my insecurities about hair thinning and hair lost was getting a psychologist. Improved my relationships and self-esteem. I'm 18 and recently I've started noticing hair thinning and a little bit of hair loss...I've started taking biotin, I also read about DHT and its impact on male hair and I ordered DHT Blocker gummies... Right now, I plan on oiling my hair once a week, I've researched and figured out a couple of meditation and yoga poses that help stimulate nerves that are connected to our hair follicles and also reduce stress...Since I go to the gym so I'll be using a mild shampoo and also bcoz of my workout my diet and sleep stays on point every single day.
    Now Alex please tell me if there's anything else that I need to do

    • @EE-jn8ku
      @EE-jn8ku Год назад +2

      Sorry but the gummies will not do anything at all. The natural route won't do anything either. I am telling you this because I'm 18 now and wasted a year doing the "natural route" with hair vitamins and biotin. My hairline receded significantly during the time I was 17-18 and I regret not starting some form of topical finasteride to at least keep some ground.
      If you want to truly inhibit DHT there is no other option besides the pharmacological route with prescription medication, finasteride or dutasteride. I take finasteride and minoxidil as a pill but ideally at 18 you want to use some sort of topical formulation. I know keeps sells a formula with minoxidil and finasteride combined. If you have an id, you can ask for it after seeing a doctor virtually. Or, you can go to a dermatologist willing to prescribe finasteride pills 1mg and buy rogaine foam and apply the foam to your head twice a day.

    • @atharv2575
      @atharv2575 Год назад

      Well I've been doing everything I wrote for a month now and it's working.. not sure about the DHT blocker but biotin work like magic, maybe it's bcoz I noticed my hair thinning in the first few days. But yeah, these things do work if you stick to the schedule. Although I'm not sure about the DHT blocker tablets but I have a feeling that they're working since I've noticed a reduce in hair loss. Peace out

      If your hair loss really is androgenic alopecia, none of the things you mentioned will work. The only thing that is going to work is a DHT blocker like finasteride. Mine was thinning...not too bad for my age (I'm 47), but more than I like. I started Minoxidil when I was 42 and it did slow maybe even stop growth. I also use LIpogaine Big 5 shampoo 3x a week and the conditioner daily. Anyhow, while this stuff did slow the thinning down, I still decided to get the transplant last year. Pretty happy with the results of that, but I feel like if I would have started taking better care of it 20 years earlier I wouldn't have needed the transplant.

    Hair does come back. I'm 45 and started getting thin hair when I was about 34. Since then I have been on and off caring for my hair, when I care for it it comes back. What it is is that our scalp pores clog with a wax like substance that hardens. Our hair roots are still under that clog. We have to unclog those pores to get hair to return. Why this happens I do not know. I just know that we are constantly told that the hair does not grow back. The perfect example that hair grows back is Minoxidil. It grows hair back, not 100% but it grows back, it all depends on your effort.

    Creatine could be to blame too. There are thousands upon thousands of anecdotal comments across youtube, reddit, and etc where people say taking Creatine sped up their hair loss. Some guys just hopped off it and their hair thinning stopped.

      Yeah and sad thing is that all the influencers will use the one bad study on DHT and rugby players and say it doesn't scientifically cause hair loss. This is because they want you to keep buying supplements through their "promo codes". The supplement companies also only fund hundred of biased studies on the "most studied supplement" and can't even fund one study to "prove" that creatine doesn't cause hair loss. Theres a massive amount of evidence online, this is once instance where and enormous amount of anecdotal evidence Massively outweighs any scientific evidence available. Obviously, this hair loss only occurs if you have the male pattern baldness gene, otherwise you are chillin.

I thought I was having a heart attack, actually. Something to keep in mind. After reading up on the topic, many other guys in their 30s have experienced the same, but it may be dose dependent which is why I'm considering 2% once a day instead.

    Hey alex, found the video very useful but as a 16yr old, I am always insecure about losing out my hair in my 20s. All these tips were for curing thinning hair when u start to notice it right? But how can we teenagers (who can't afford minoxidil , scalp massager, any other supplement) take care of our hair in the most beneficial way? I've been doing oil massages, but any other advice apart from that?

    • @nikolastojanovic7440
      @nikolastojanovic7440 Год назад +1

      i recommend a couple things that i personally have been doing as a preventative even though i am not losing my hair yet. firt buy a dermastamp and use it once every 3 weeks with a 1.5mm needle. Stamp your whole scalp 2 times(your scalp should turn red by then which is good). Second get 2% ketoconazole shampoo and use it every other day with a scalp contact time of 5 minutes before rinsing. Then, you wanna get some mild DHT blocking supplements. Use 1500mg curcumin, 320mg saw palmetto, and 1000mg pumpkin seed oil. Divid these into two doses for the day. Use this protocol for as long as you could. If you dont have aggresive balding in your familu, you might find this protocol to be helpful. If you see your hair gets worse even after using this protocol, then you hop on medical therapy (I will do this to if i have to).

      @@nikolastojanovic7440 Hey first of all, thanks for the tips, I will surely give them a try. I've been planning to buy a derma roller instead and use it but haven't bought it yet. Also I do use 2% ketoconazole shampoo thrice a week with a clinically tested conditioner as well which contains coconut oil and argan oil so that way my scalp is hydrated as well. I also apply heated coconut oil thrice a week the night before I was it out. And I think I can say that my family has good hair genetics cuz my grand parents still have hair at the age of 85. But yeah I've been doing these as a routine for my hair. But I still am insecure w my hair 😂 I mean I do have good hair but idk why i'm always insecure when it's not styled properly.

    The problem with male pattern baldness once it gets going the only way to really reduce it is to lower androgens but then that means lowered sex drive, energy levels and other stuff. I'm 38 and thinning a bit on the crown, not drastically but it's becoming noticeable, I'm kinda growing my hair around it so I have a bit of a comb over, now you wouldn't think I'm thinning but over time this might get harder to disguise once I have zero hair on top. Balding sucks.
