Walkerburn Scottish Borders The Old Railway Station and Plora 2021

- Join Diesel and i as we take our morning walk up my favourite hill in my home village Walkerburn or 'The Burn,' as the locals say.
The Scottish Borders had many railway during the Victorian times steam trains would thunder down tracks in the most beautiful landscape you could imagine Walkerburn had such a line which connected it to Peebles and Galashiels you can still make out just how large the platform was, the old station house is a private dwelling now. I often imagine how grand it would have looked with the steam engines and the backdrop fo the Tweed valley.

Hi Macey, as always a lovely video. There is quite a few old railway buildings been converted along the old line from gala to Peebles. An it was nice to see we got a decent amount of snow today too.
