This is Ellwood Brown. I was Link's bass player (google me) for many years after Shorty retired. With that out of the way, I think you did a great job of capturing the spirit of the song. Fingering was way off but you did it justice. Great to see Link living on....and he was a good friend, a good human being, and I miss him every day. So good work. R.I.P. my friend and soul buddy.
Saw Link play in 2004, Connecticut. I think in Groton. Were you with him then? It was the best show. Took my father who introduced me to Link's music in the 1970s. Thanks

That's the drummer for Messer Chups.....
I thought so; I've watched many videos of Messer Chups lately, and the drummer(s) look different from time-to-time. But every video of los Twang Marvels that shows a drummer, it looks like Boris. That's a lot of ground to cover, from St. Petersburg to Brasil! Great drummer; I can see why he'd be in demand.
