    what is whole 30 ? Like the rules?

      Whole30 is a 30-day dietary program focused on whole, unprocessed foods. It eliminates sugar, alcohol, grains, legumes, dairy, and additives. The goal is to reset eating habits, identify food sensitivities, and improve health. For me, I am in it to figure out what's been causing my stomach issues. After 30 days, foods are reintroduced gradually to observe their effects on the body and figure out what caused your symptoms in the first place. It also comes with a lot of positive side effects like better sleep or higher energy or weight loss for some people but those are usually bonuses.
